These included multiple flats in the Takshashila Elegna project, land parcels in Kheda, a bungalow in Ambli, and apartments in Treasure Enclave, Bopal. Despite fulfilling 100% of the payment obligations for these assets, Lahoti claims he never received possession or executed ownership titles.
