The much-awaited CBSE Class 10 board examinations commenced on Tuesday, marking a pivotal moment for students nationwide. From early morning, exam halls in Delhi and Noida witnessed a surge of eager yet anxious candidates. Long lines formed outside centers like Kendriya Vidyalaya Gole Market, where the air was thick with anticipation.

Students opened up about their feelings. ‘First board paper has me on edge, but I’m pumped,’ confessed one. ‘Fully prepared, still feeling the nerves,’ echoed another. At Tughlakabad’s Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, the vibe mirrored this mix. A student gearing up for Mathematics said, ‘Good prep, but can’t shake the tension.’

Optimism shone through too. ‘Studied thoroughly; it’ll be fine,’ assured one. From Noida, a candidate shared, ‘Practiced samples extensively. Math isn’t strong, targeting 70 though.’ Parents formed supportive crowds outside, boosting morale amid tight security.

CBSE’s elaborate arrangements—from biometric checks to invigilator training—guaranteed a seamless process. These exams shape career paths, influencing stream choices and college admissions. Day one encapsulated the essence of student life: rigorous preparation meeting real-world pressure, with every answer sheet a step toward dreams.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued an important notice regarding the BPSC 71st Combined Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025. The commission has refuted all claims suggesting a postponement of the preliminary examination. In a press release shared on the social media platform X, the commission confirmed that the BPSC 71st Preliminary Examination is scheduled to take place on September 13th. The BPSC has criticized coaching institutions and social media handles for spreading rumors about the exam’s postponement. Additionally, the commission has advised candidates to remain vigilant against such misinformation.

The commission labeled the circulating information about the exam’s postponement as fake. It reiterated that any announcements regarding exam postponements will only be made through its official website, official social media accounts, or formal press releases. According to the release, candidates will be given ample time to download their BPSC preliminary exam admit cards and obtain details about their examination districts and centers, following the established procedures.

The commission has also alerted candidates to be cautious of false information and to avoid relying on unofficial sources. Previously, the commission received complaints from some coaching institutions alleging similarities between the exam questions and model papers. In response, the commission explicitly refuted these allegations, deeming them entirely false and misleading.

A total of 1,264 positions are to be filled through the BPSC 71st Combined Civil Services Examination. The initial notification listed 1,250 posts. The total number of posts was later increased to 1,264 by adding 14 DSP positions. For more information, candidates can consult the detailed notification previously released on the commission’s official website.
