<p>Approximately 400 Indian citizens are stranded at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, due to ongoing protests. Numerous flights have been canceled as a result of the demonstrations, causing significant distress for travelers. Several individuals have shared their experiences through a video message.</p>



<p>The stranded individuals report that despite completing immigration procedures, they were left at the airport by flight operators, with airline staff having reportedly abandoned the passengers. No assistance is available for the travelers. A sense of fear prevails among the Indians stuck at the airport, as chaos is unfolding outside.</p>

<p>Passengers recounted that after immigration, flight staff instructed them to return, stating that the flights had been canceled. However, they were not provided with information on where to go. When passengers refused to leave the airport due to the volatile situation outside, the staff departed, leaving them stranded.</p>



<p>The passengers have expressed that they are without any assistance and unsure where to go. The unrest is occurring just a kilometer away from the airport. Although the Indian embassy has issued emergency numbers, no arrangements have yet been made to bring the stranded passengers back to India.</p>



<p>MEA Statement on Nepal Situation</p>



<p>The Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated, &#8220;We are closely monitoring the developments in Nepal since yesterday and are deeply saddened by the loss of lives of several youths. Our condolences and prayers are with the families of the deceased. We also wish for the speedy recovery of the injured.&#8221;</p>



<p>India also expressed hope for a peaceful resolution to the situation in Nepal. Furthermore, Indian citizens in Nepal have been advised to exercise caution and adhere to the steps and guidelines issued by the Nepali authorities.</p>
