Pappu Yadav, the fiery MP from Purnea, has launched a noble scheme providing complimentary LPG refills to Bihar’s outstation students. College attendees in hostels and paying guest accommodations can now access small gas cylinders free of charge, provided they carry their college identity proof.

The announcement prioritizes girls’ welfare, ensuring safe cooking options in emergencies. Yadav has made helpline numbers public for seamless support, reflecting his commitment to educational accessibility.

‘Education forms the bedrock of a strong society. Our daughters must study fearlessly and confidently,’ Yadav remarked, aiming to foster independence among students. This move alleviates financial strains exacerbated by recent global supply chain issues from Middle Eastern tensions.

Renowned for his hands-on approach to public service, Yadav’s routine involvement in Bihar’s challenges has earned him a reputation as a people’s champion. The program encourages needy students to reach out without hesitation, prioritizing their security and dignity.

As government agencies work overtime to stabilize LPG distribution nationwide, Yadav’s localized effort stands out as a beacon of immediate relief for the academic community.

In an endearing moment captured in Gandhinagar, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi stepped into the shoes of a doting uncle, celebrating birthdays with eager students at a local residential school. The spontaneous visit filled the campus with cheers as the young celebrants blew out candles alongside the prominent leader.

Sanghvi, known for his dynamic role in Gujarat’s administration, chose this occasion to bond over cake and conversation. He listened attentively to the children’s aspirations, offered words of motivation, and even participated in games, creating lasting memories.

Residential schools play a pivotal role in Gujarat’s educational landscape, offering holistic development opportunities to students from remote and economically weaker sections. Sanghvi’s presence elevated the day, symbolizing the government’s dedication to inclusive growth.

During the event, the Dy CM discussed the state’s ambitious plans for education reform, including digital classrooms and vocational training. ‘Every child deserves a bright future,’ he stated, aligning his visit with broader policy goals.

The interaction wasn’t just ceremonial; Sanghvi took notes on student feedback regarding facilities and curriculum. School principal highlighted how such visits boost morale and encourage academic excellence.

Social media buzzed with photos and videos of the event, portraying Sanghvi in a relatable light. This comes as Gujarat ramps up efforts to improve school infrastructure, with budget allocations seeing a significant hike this fiscal year.

Such personal engagements bridge the gap between policymakers and the public, particularly the youth. For the birthday kids, it was more than a party—it was a lesson in leadership and kindness.

The Chhattisgarh government has announced a new initiative to promote higher education among girls. Under the Azim Premji Scholarship scheme, female students who have passed 10th or 12th grade from government schools will receive an annual scholarship of ₹30,000. The program was launched by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur.

The Chief Minister emphasized that educating girls is akin to educating the entire society. He stated the state government’s commitment to the higher education of girls. This scholarship aims to assist economically disadvantaged girls in completing their college or diploma studies.

The scheme is being implemented through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Azim Premji Foundation. The Chief Minister thanked the Foundation and said that this initiative would fuel the dreams of thousands of girls. He noted Chhattisgarh’s progress in all sectors in recent years, highlighting the crucial role of girls. He stressed the importance of ensuring that no girl is forced to discontinue her education due to financial constraints.
