A shocking murder has occurred in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. In Ahivara Ward 3, a woman’s sons brutally murdered their mother’s lover. The deceased was identified as Balwinder, also known as Bunti. The police have taken possession of the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination.

The two sons claimed that Balwinder was their mother’s lover and live-in partner. According to information, the woman had separated from her husband some time ago. After the separation from her husband, she came into contact with Balwinder. After a few days, she started living in a live-in relationship with Balwinder. However, both the woman’s sons did not approve of this relationship. Disputes often occurred in the house over this.

The incident happened late Tuesday night. The deceased, Balwinder, used to visit the woman’s house frequently. The sons also objected to this. Moreover, suspicion was also deepening regarding Balwinder’s closeness to another woman. Because of this, the woman and Balwinder were also having disagreements.

Late Tuesday night, the dispute escalated to the point where the woman’s sons, Trilochan and Bhupesh, lost control. In anger, Trilochan attacked Balwinder with a shovel, and Bhupesh attacked him with a stick. After the attack, Balwinder fell there and died. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Nandini police reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it to the district hospital for post-mortem.

After a preliminary investigation, the police took both the woman’s sons into custody on suspicion. During interrogation, both confessed to the crime. Police officials say that in the initial investigation, this case is related to a domestic dispute. The woman’s live-in relationship after separating from her husband and suspicion about Balwinder’s character proved to be the main reasons behind this incident. For now, the police have registered a case of murder and are questioning both the accused.

The Education Department has suspended two teachers, Prafulla Sahu and Seema Sharma, from Government Secondary School Mahuda, located in the Durg district. The suspensions were a result of serious allegations against the teachers. The department’s order cited irresponsible behavior towards official duties, neglect of responsibilities, and disciplinary issues as the reasons for the action. The accusations stemmed from a complaint filed by a teacher, Shruti Mishra, who alleged that Prafulla Sahu used a student’s mobile phone during exam duty to create videos and photos. Furthermore, it was alleged that Sahu made inappropriate comments during the prayer assembly and played the harmonium during class. These actions were deemed detrimental to the school environment. A two-member investigation committee was formed, and the investigation confirmed that Prafulla Sahu admitted to the accusations. It was also discovered that he and Seema Sharma would sit together in a separate room away from the staff room, creating a negative atmosphere. Seema Sharma’s conduct also came under scrutiny, with allegations that she did not provide sufficient and menu-compliant meals to students as the in-charge of the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) program, potentially impacting the children’s health and nutrition. The investigation concluded that both teachers’ conduct violated the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965, and constituted serious misconduct. Consequently, the Education Department suspended them under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 1966. During their suspension, Prafulla Sahu will report to the Block Education Officer, Gunderdehi, Balod district, and Seema Sharma will report to the Principal, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Dhamdha, Durg district. They will receive a living allowance as per regulations. The Education Department emphasized that such indiscipline and negligence will not be tolerated, as the school environment is crucial for children’s education and development, and strict action will be taken against any form of arbitrariness and irresponsible behavior.

Chhattisgarh School Rocked by Tantric Ritual Involving Sacrifice
