The scooter is available in two models: Go and Plus. The base model starts at an ex-showroom price of ₹99,490, while the other model is priced at ₹1.10 lakh ex-showroom. In India, the Hero Vida VX2 competes with electric scooters like the TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak, Ather Rizta, and Ola.

With the VIDA VX2 Plus having a 3.4kWh battery pack with two removable batteries, it offers a range of up to 142 km. The VX2 Go has a portable 2.2kWh battery pack, providing a range of 92 km. The scooter takes approximately six hours to charge from 0 to 80 percent, and can be charged in 60 minutes using a public fast charger. The VIDA VX2 features a 6kW PMS motor, enabling the scooter to accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.1 seconds in the Plus variant and 4.2 seconds in the Go version. The scooter is equipped with 12-inch alloy wheels, telescopic forks at the front, and mono-shock suspension at the rear. It’s available in 7 colors and the Go variant offers 33.2-liter underseat storage, while the VX2 Plus model has 27.2-liter storage. It is the only electric scooter with cloud connectivity, offering remote immobilization. Other features include LED lighting, turn-by-turn navigation, live ride data, and a 4.3-inch TFT display.
