Lucknow witnessed a milestone in public health on March 22 as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1228 nursing officers. The ceremony highlighted the Yogi government’s relentless push for a robust healthcare ecosystem.

In his keynote address, Yogi Adityanath declared service and sensitivity as the greatest strengths. He elaborated that patient recovery visibly improves when nurses embody these qualities. The state has launched programs to deepen this commitment among healthcare workers.

Recalling the dark days when opening nursing colleges faced ridicule, the CM asserted that nursing graduates now enjoy assured employment. The landscape has shifted dramatically since 2017. From a state where health services were unreliable, UP has added 81 medical colleges in nine years.

Eastern UP once saw thousands of deaths without intervention, as ANM and JNM institutes lay shuttered. The current regime revived them, alongside 35 ANM centers and 35 new nursing colleges under construction. Prioritizing healthcare, the double-engine Sarkar has slashed maternal and child mortality, matching national benchmarks.

Criticizing erstwhile governments for mafia dominance in departments, Yogi outlined the vision of a medical college per district. AIIMS projects in Gorakhpur and Raebareli are thriving successes. With 7000 new nursing and 2000 paramedical seats, opportunities abound.

Appointments are merit-driven, with full adherence to reservations for marginalized groups. No discrimination mars the process—benefits flow equitably. This event not only employs 1228 professionals but signals UP’s ascent as a healthcare leader.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityyanath turned a routine scheme rollout into a moment of genuine connection on Monday. After disbursing the initial funds under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban)…

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityyanath turned a routine scheme rollout into a moment of genuine connection on Monday. After disbursing the initial funds under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0, he hosted a virtual dialogue with women beneficiaries from various districts, probing the real impact of welfare initiatives.

The conversation with Fatehpur’s Maya Devi set a relatable tone. ‘Check your account—the money’s there,’ Yogi said with a grin as she confirmed receipt moments later. She detailed her existing aids—ration and health cards—and family struggles, prompting his suggestion for Ujjwala gas and assurances of comprehensive amenities.

Gorakhpur’s Menka Devi described her transformation from kuccha house to pucca home, crediting PM SVANidhi and other schemes. Prayagraj’s Archana, balancing labor work with child education, received tips on swift construction with local leaders’ help. Saharanpur’s Sunita, whose husband is an electrician, vowed quick home-building, while Maharajganj’s Gunja Devi got pointers on Ayushman enrollment amid increased urban housing funds.

Deoria’s Saroj Devi, caring for elders and kids, earned praise for her dedication. Yogi handed approval documents to 20 women on stage, including Lucknow’s Seema, Ruby Gupta, Sitapur’s Renu Verma, and others from Unnao, Hardoi, and Raebareli. The event buzzed with excitement, beneficiaries’ smiles reflecting realized dreams.

Reiterating the double engine government’s focus, Yogi stressed reaching the last mile without bias. Schemes like housing, gas, health insurance, rations, and pensions aim to uplift the poor toward self-dependence. His message: build homes on time, prioritize schooling, and embrace every opportunity. This engagement showcased welfare not as policy, but as personal progress.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Sunday visit to Madurai marks a strategic move ahead of Tamil Nadu’s assembly polls. With infrastructure investments totaling Rs 4,400 crore on the agenda, the event underscores the NDA’s development blueprint.

Tamil Maanila Congress chief G.K. Vasan expressed optimism, stating that the PM’s Tamil Nadu sojourn would pave the way for electoral victories. His words reflect growing alliance momentum in the state.

BJP’s Tamil Nadu spokesperson A.N.S. Prasad highlighted the palpable energy. ‘From grassroots workers to young voters and social media buzz, enthusiasm is at fever pitch,’ he said. Prasad framed the visit as emblematic of the double engine model’s promise for swift progress in Tamil Nadu.

Key highlights include afternoon inaugurations boosting roads, urban amenities, and southern regional hubs. The day culminates in Modi’s darshan at Subramanyam Swamy Temple around 4 PM, a moment likely to resonate deeply in the politically vibrant state.

Touching down in Chennai Saturday, Modi received a rousing reception from top dignitaries including Governor R.N. Ravi, Minister L. Murugan, AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami, and BJP stalwarts. The broader tour launches Rs 7,000 crore projects in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, merging policy announcements with rallies and religious observances.

This multifaceted outreach not only accelerates infrastructure but also strengthens NDA’s narrative of unified governance driving Tamil Nadu toward prosperity.

Raipur buzzed with strategic discussions as Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah led reviews on anti-Naxal operations and developmental strides in Chhattisgarh. The double meetings brought together top brass from security agencies and neighboring states, including CM Vishnu Dev Sai and various DGs from CRPF, NIA, and more.

Shah commended the integrated approach: robust security measures, dismantling of terror financing, and rehabilitation through surrenders. He boldly predicted the end of Naxalism by March 31 next year, a milestone under Modi’s governance.

Once synonymous with Maoist mayhem, Chhattisgarh is scripting a new story of progress. Shah highlighted infrastructure booms and youth initiatives in modern skills blended with cultural roots. ‘The double-engine synergy is delivering,’ he affirmed.

On the national front, Maoism faces its final countdown. Shah urged unified action across states to trap fleeing insurgents, ensuring no safe havens remain. This coordinated resolve promises to lift the shadow of violence, poverty, and ignorance from India’s heartland.

As development accelerates in former Naxal dens, Chhattisgarh exemplifies how targeted policies can reclaim territories for prosperity, setting a template for other affected regions.

New Delhi buzzed with celebrations as Uttar Pradesh marked its establishment day on January 24, revisiting the historic renaming from United Provinces in 1950. This annual event symbolizes the state’s enduring legacy and rapid strides in modern India. Prominent figures like President Droupadi Murmu, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya shared inspiring messages, underscoring Uttar Pradesh’s pivotal role in the nation’s growth.

President Murmu’s message on X was a beacon of optimism. She saluted the land’s proud past and vibrant culture, affirming its role as a bedrock for India’s progress. Her wishes for continuous advancement and a prosperous tomorrow resonated deeply with millions.

Amit Shah’s post painted a vivid picture of Uttar Pradesh as a cradle of Sanatan heritage along the holy Ganga-Yamuna belt. He celebrated how the state has inspired national resolve and cultural depth. With the synergy of central and state governments, UP is now pioneering infrastructure marvels and economic booms, he noted, wishing perpetual forward momentum.

Keshav Prasad Maurya delved into the state’s divine geography – birthplace of Rama and Krishna, abode of Shiva. He emphasized the seamless blend of ancient traditions and contemporary ambitions, from Kashi’s enlightenment to Ayodhya’s determination. Thanks to PM Modi’s stewardship, the state is hurtling towards self-reliance, welfare, and excellence under the double-engine paradigm, he affirmed.

Rajeshwar Singh’s tribute elevated Uttar Pradesh as India’s pulsating heart, infused with spiritual luminaries. Under Modi’s foresight and Yogi’s dynamic rule, the state has emerged as a frontrunner in economic investments, transport networks, aviation hubs, urban transit, industrial hubs, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and robust security. This Foundation Day reaffirms UP’s transformation into a powerhouse of progress and pride.

Congress parliamentarian Manickam Tagore unleashed a blistering attack on the NDA on Saturday in Madurai, likening their much-touted ‘double engine’ governance in Tamil Nadu to a wrecked machine beyond repair.…

Congress parliamentarian Manickam Tagore unleashed a blistering attack on the NDA on Saturday in Madurai, likening their much-touted ‘double engine’ governance in Tamil Nadu to a wrecked machine beyond repair. ‘Talk of double or triple engines is meaningless if they’ve already failed,’ he quipped, predicting no electoral success for the CBI-ED engineered alliance.

The remarks came amid backlash to PM Modi’s Friday speech, where he slammed the DMK regime for mishandling the Kartigai Deepam lamp-lighting dispute and allegedly insulting deity Lord Murugan and judicial processes. Tagore deemed this intervention regrettable, especially since the Tiruparankundram dispute remains before the Supreme Court.

He pointed fingers at RSS affiliates for manufacturing religious controversies to polarize voters. ‘This is a deeply emotional issue for Tamils, and the PM’s untimely remarks only exacerbate tensions,’ Tagore observed.

In solidarity with Rahul Gandhi’s X post, Tagore spotlighted the handloom and textile sector’s plight. Gandhi warned that US’s 50% tariffs are devastating exporters, causing massive unemployment and business shutdowns. He labeled it the harsh truth of India’s stagnant economy, calling out the PM’s silence on relief measures despite millions of livelihoods hanging in balance.

Tagore reiterated Congress’s commitment to grassroots issues, contrasting it with NDA’s focus on divisive rhetoric. This verbal jousting reflects escalating political theater in Tamil Nadu, where local sentiments clash with central narratives, setting the stage for high-stakes confrontations.

The Bharatiya Janata Party in Jharkhand welcomed its newly elected president, Aditya Sahu, who took oath on Friday amid chants and celebrations at the state office. Kicking off with Saraswati worship on Vasant Panchami, the event set a spiritual tone for his tenure.

In his maiden speech, Sahu called Jharkhand a promising turf for BJP’s expansion. He vowed relentless efforts to install a robust ‘double-engine’ administration, crediting the party’s vibrant cadre for its successes. ‘Our workers’ energy is unmatched,’ he affirmed.

Detailing his roadmap, Sahu stressed fortifying the organizational structure and ensuring BJP’s principles reach remote corners. Reflecting on his journey from booth worker to president, he hailed it as a testament to internal democracy.

On Netaji’s jayanti, Sahu invoked the freedom fighter’s legacy in Jharkhand’s soil, urging a renewed struggle for the state’s glory. Babulal Marandi lauded Sahu’s proven track record, predicting smooth sailing without external mentoring.

Marandi advocated decoupling party chief and legislature party leader duties for sharper focus. With elections looming, Sahu’s leadership injects fresh momentum into Jharkhand BJP’s campaign for good governance and development.

In a pointed critique and praise intertwined, senior BJP figure Dilip Ghosh addressed the media in Kolkata on Monday, underscoring the Modi government’s lavish funding for West Bengal’s development. ‘Never before has any Central regime showered Bengal with such resources,’ he declared, crediting PM Modi’s vision.

Ghosh detailed the latest windfall: enormous funds greenlit for state projects over mere days. Drawing stark contrasts with the UPA era under Manmohan Singh, he quantified the leap—lakhs of crores more now funneled directly into tangible infrastructure and welfare schemes.

Bengal’s achievements shone through in his narrative, particularly in empowering women via education and bolstering rural economies, setting benchmarks for the nation. Locals are witnessing transformation, Ghosh noted, urging a unified ‘double engine’ governance to turbocharge this momentum.

Security concerns loomed large as he alleged Bengal serves as a launchpad for militants and illegal entrants destabilizing other regions. Progress under Amit Shah has fortified the Indo-Bangla border, with fencing almost done. Ghosh envisioned a secure Bengal accelerating alongside development, empowering citizens to fuel India’s rise.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s electrifying speech in Singur has ignited hopes for West Bengal’s industrial renaissance, according to BJP leaders. With assembly polls looming, the party claims a BJP-led government…

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s electrifying speech in Singur has ignited hopes for West Bengal’s industrial renaissance, according to BJP leaders. With assembly polls looming, the party claims a BJP-led government will transform the state’s economic landscape by attracting major industries.

During his visit, Modi unveiled multiple infrastructure projects and urged the crowd to dismantle the TMC’s 15-year ‘jungle raj.’ ‘The people will deliver a fitting reply to this government. Bengal deserves genuine progress,’ he proclaimed, setting the tone for BJP’s campaign.

BJP’s Dilip Ghosh, speaking to media, fully endorsed Modi’s vision. ‘Bengal’s change is inevitable, and industries will arrive only with a BJP administration,’ he predicted. Citing successes in Bihar and Odisha, Ghosh explained how BJP’s infrastructure push enabled swift industrial setups. ‘In Odisha, new firms kicked off within 18 months of our government’s formation,’ he elaborated.

The law and order breakdown was a key concern for Ghosh. ‘Without stability and accountability, investors stay away. But with BJP in power and central aid, infrastructure will pave the way for growth,’ he affirmed.

Fellow BJP leader Bankim Chandra Ghosh reinforced the narrative, crediting Modi for India’s industrial surge. ‘Factories are booming nationwide under his guidance. Singur’s revival of closed units is just the start. A double-engine setup guarantees industrial influx,’ he said. Anticipating Modi’s pre-poll return with massive project announcements, Ghosh slammed TMC: ‘No new industries under Mamata, and old ones are escaping.’

This bold industrial promise underscores BJP’s strategy to challenge TMC’s dominance, appealing to voters weary of stagnation.
