The auspicious occasion will take place at Arogya Bhavan in Bariatu, Ranchi. Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jual Oram, will grace the event as the chief guest, while the Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, will be the distinguished guest. The event is presided over by Ram Bahadur Rai, Chairman of the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and a recipient of the Padma Bhushan. The program is a collaborative effort between the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ranchi, and Vikas Bharati, Bishunpur.
