Promoter Purandar Promoters Developers Pvt. Ltd. of ‘Palm Blazies’ Shankar Nagar Mova District Raipur due to violation of the provisions of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). A penalty of Rs one lakh has been imposed by Mukesh Aggarwal. Also, the disputed project sale of related palm blazes has been banned by RERA.
It has also been ordered by RERA to ensure that all pending quarterly updates and necessary documents related to the project are uploaded on the authority’s web portal within two months. Apart from this, after the order issued on 17 May, ensure to deposit 70 percent of the amount received from the palm blazi allottees in the project’s RERA specified account.

It is to be noted that as per the provisions mentioned in RERA, it is mandatory for all promoters to update quarterly progress of each of their real estate projects on RERA’s web portal. However, after registering the above instructions by the respective promoters, the registration was not updated on the authority’s web portal.
