  • Mumbai blasts perpetrators enjoying 5-star hospitality under State protection: Jaishankar tells UNSC

    By PTI
UNITED NATIONS: India on Tuesday asserted that the international community must not allow terrorism to be justified and terrorists glorified as it told the UN Security Council that the crime syndicate responsible for the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts is given not just State protection but enjoying 5-star hospitality, a thinly-veiled reference to the D-company head Dawood Ibrahim believed to be hiding in Pakistan.

“First, we must all summon up the political will to unhesitatingly combat terrorism. There must be no ifs and buts in this fight. Nor should we allow terrorism to be justified and terrorists glorified. All member States must fulfill their obligations enshrined in international counter terrorism instruments and conventions,” External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said in a virtual address.

Jaishankar was speaking at the UNSC Ministerial Meeting on ‘Threats to international peace and security caused by terrorist acts: International cooperation in combating terrorism 20 years after the adoption of resolution 1373 (2001),’ the first address by the minister to the Security Council after India began its two-year tenure on the 15-nation body this month.

Jaishankar proposed an eight-point Action Plan for the UN system to credibly address the menace of terrorism and ensure effective action.

He asserted that linkages between terrorism and transnational organised crime must be fully recognised and addressed vigorously.

He is the senior-most Indian leader to address the UNSC since India joined the powerful 15-member UN body as a non-permanent member this month for a two-year tenure.

“We, in India, have seen the crime syndicate responsible for the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts not just given State protection but actually enjoying 5-star hospitality,” he said, alluding to D-Company and its head Ibrahim, believed to be hiding in Pakistan.

In August last year, Pakistan had for the first time acknowledged the presence of Ibrahim on its soil after the government imposed sweeping sanctions on 88 banned terror groups and their leaders which also included the name of the underworld don wanted by India.

Jaishankar emphasised that the international community must not “countenance double standards” in the battle against terrorism.

“Terrorists are terrorists; there are no good and bad ones. Those who propagate this distinction have an agenda. And those who cover up for them are just as culpable,” he said.

In a strongly-worded statement, Jaishankar said combating terrorist financing will only be as effective as the weakest jurisdiction.

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) should continue to identify and remedy weaknesses in anti-money laundering and counter-terror financing frameworks.

He also added that enlisting and delisting individuals and entities under the UN sanctions regimes must be done objectively, not for political or religious considerations.

On 11 September 2015, on the winding accusation of Sonia Gandhi, PM Modi while addressing BJP workers in Bhopal said that the ‘hawala’ is upset with the law made by the government regarding black money. “This sergeant’s game is going on … The same hawalabaz is now asking us to calculate.”

    By Rajesh Aggarwal

The Congress is in a position to trouble itself because news has come in which it has been said that the Chinese…

At a time when the entire country was united during the Galvan confrontation, the Congress party tried to break away by questioning the government on several issues, such as Indian soldiers preferring to remain unarmed interracial.

Now, a bust has been done in which the Congress party is trying to cover itself.

As stated by a popular website, the government of China gave a grant of 3 million dollars to Rajiv Gandhi in the year 2006 as financial assistance.

But if you are wondering what is wrong with this, here comes the clinic!

It is reported that the foundation is being chaired by Sonia Gandhi and was handed over by the Chinese Ambassador to India Surya Yaksi.

This website takes the help of another Chinese website and quotes: “Chinese Ambassador to India Mr. Surya Yaxi on behalf of the Charity Foundation of China, donated $ 3 million to Rajiv to show the friendly sentiments of the Chinese people towards the Indian people. Diya Gandhi Foundation to give financial support to its charity on 27 January. “

Manmohan Malhotra, who was then the general secretary of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, received the money from the foundation.

The website says that it is none other than the interim president of the Congress, Sonia Gandhi, who heads the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Along with Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, P Chidambaram and Priyanka Gandhi are also trustees of the foundation.

The foundation was established in 1991 and claimed to work on issues ranging from education to natural resource management.

Significantly, the signing of the Congress agreement with the CPC in 2008 has become a major issue. It was signed in Beijing to exchange high-level information and cooperation between them.

This becomes all the more important in view of the Galven Clash.

Gandhi Foundation receive $ 3 million from People’s Republic of China in 2006: JP Nadda

25 June 2020 – New Delhi: I am surprised that Rajiv Gandhi Foundation received 3 lakh USD in 2005-06 from People’s Republic of China and Chinese Embassy. This is a secret relationship between Congress and China. BJP also addressing the Madhya Pradesh Jaan Samvad rally organized through video conferencing on Thursday National President JP Nadda said this.

Targeting the Congress leader, the BJP president said, during the 2017 Doklam standoff, Rahul Gandhi was secretly holding talks with the Chinese ambassador to India in Delhi. Today, the Congress is misleading the country even during Galvan Valley.

One family is raising questions – Taking a dig at the Congress and the Gandhi family, Nadda said, ‘Whereas the whole country and all political parties are standing together, the same family has started to question their destiny.’

Tell that Congress leader and former president Rahul Gandhi is constantly targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the government, regarding the India and China deadlock started on Sima. He has accused the Prime Minister of giving India’s land to China.

Zakir Naik’s IRF Hrithrahra donated Rs 50 lakh to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation

    September 10, 2016

The Islamic Research Foundation, an NGO of controversial preacher Zakir Naik, donated Rs 50 lakh to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF) in 2011. The IRF confirmed that an amount of Rs 50 lakh was given to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. However, the Congress reiterated that this money was not received by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, but by the subsidiary Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust. The Congress also said that the amount was returned, which the IRF has rejected.

During a debate in India News channel a few years ago, former RAW official RSN Singh made similar revelations:

India’s enemy No.1 Hafiz Said is blackmailing Congress. Hafiz Saeed is instrumental in sending black money to the Congress abroad and in return Hafiz Saeed has been running his terrorist network racket in India without any hindrance in UPA rule.

Proof that politicians are in control of ISI through hawala: The head of the former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Colonel RSN Singh, says there is enough material to tell that leaders are being blackmailed because they are hawala operatives. Shares close ties with those who are in control of ISI and also Lashkar-e. -Jjadd 4 dddaddd. The Jain hawala case saw the first strong signs of hawala transactions between operators and politicians. A list of names was prepared after the 1993 Mumbai blasts. Many politicians were included in this list and many of these names were from Maharashtra. In fact the names of two very prominent leaders, who received an amount of Rs 14 crore each from Dawood Ibrahim through the hawala channel, were also investigated. These two poets of Maharashtra ensured that Dawood and his people got a safe passage out of India and that every transaction done by the notorious don in India was cut by 10 percent. Each of these transactions took place through the hawala channel.

In 2006, there was a signed agreement between Rahul Gandhi Xi Jinping, that is, between the Congress Party and the Communist Party of China. Following this, later in 2014, the Communist Party of Nepal also entered into an agreement with the Communist Party of China, following Rahul Gandhi.

The result of this is that the current Communist Party government of Nepal has been a participant in the 8 ongoing conspiracy against India following the instructions of China.

The BJP complains that Rahul Gandhi’s Congress is in favor of China, that is, the global times that are spreading rumors against India, mimicking the forces of India, often following the same. Congress cannot get money from abroad without government’s permission

Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has claimed that China has funded the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Law Minister said that China gave money to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Congress should tell how this love grew, during his tenure, China occupied our land. There is a law under which no party can take money from abroad without the permission of the government. Should the Congress clarify whether the government had taken approval for this donation?

He said that the list of donors for Rajiv Gandhi Foundation is 2005-06. In this, the embassy of China has donated such a clear statement. Why did this happen? What was the need? Many industrialists, PSUs are also named in it. Wasn’t it enough that a bribe had to be taken from China Embassy as well.

Ravi Shankar Prasad said whether all this happened under a well thought out strategy, after which the trade deficit between India and China increased thirty-three times in the Congress government. Congress party should answer why the love for China was so high that MoU was being signed with the party? The Chinese Embassy is funding the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. You are talking about free trade between India and China.

He said that at one time, under the Congress rule, China gave such a large area of our country. For ten years, the people of Congress were kneeling in front of China. Therefore, whenever questions were raised about China, their defense ministers did not give effective answers.

The BJP today responded to the Congress Party’s continued aggressive stance on the ongoing standoff with China in eastern Ladakh. Targeting the Congress Party,

BJP leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad asked the Congress what was the agreement between the Congress Party and the Communist Party of China in 2008, why did the Chinese Embassy donate to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation? The Union Minister said, ‘Our question was signed by the Congress Party with the Communist Party of China in 2008. In which Rahul Gandhi signed and why Sonia Gandhi stood behind, why a party-to-party relationship? Congress party should tell how many parties have signed MoUs in 10 years of Manmohan Singh’s government. The list of donors for the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation is 2005-06. Donated to the Chinese Embassy is so obvious, why did it happen? The names of many industrialists and public enterprises are needed. Was it not enough that bribes were also taken from the China Embassy ‘

Another big question that should be answered by the Congress Party is the 1977 Foreign Contribution and Relations Act – under which no political party, any organization can receive foreign donations without informing the government. This law was also enacted during this time. The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation was an extension of the Congress. Did he get permission from the government before taking donations? Even if it is an educational, cultural, social organization, the government must tell that you have taken money from the China Embassy, why did you take it, if it is used, what is it used for?

The BJP leader further said, ‘The Congress party should reply that the Foundation has not only taken money but violated the laws, BJP wants to know what was cooking. The law provides that if anyone violates this law, a sentence of up to 5 years can be imposed. The Congress party’s job is to weaken the army, their job is to ask for proof of the Uri attack incident and the Balakot airstrikes.

Ambassador Gandhi Foundation on behalf of China Charity Foundation donated Bifle to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation

On behalf of the Indian Charity Foundation, Chinese Ambassador to India Mr. Surya Yaxi donated 10 lakh rupees to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation on 27 January, to show the friendly sentiments of the Chinese people towards the Indian people. Shri Manmohan Malhotra, Secretary General, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation expressed his thanks and promised to inform the Chinese Embassy about the use of the amount of money for charity.

The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation was established on 21 June 1991, which was assassinated by the late Indian Prime Minister, Shri Rajiv Gandhi. It is chaired by Smt. Sonia Gandhi, who is the President of the Indian National Congress Party and the widow of the ruling United Progressive Alliance and Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. Nowadays, the Foundation has branches across India for universal education and literacy, empowerment of women and children, dissemination of health cover facilities in backward areas and helping people with disabilities. It is one of the most influential charity organizations in India.

Congress-CCP Treaty: What did Sonia say?

2008 told how Rahul Gandhi signed a memorandum of understanding to share organizational details and promote youth exchanges with the CPC in the presence of the then President UPA Sonia Gandhi and the Vice President of Xi Jinping of China. Later, Sonia Gandhi and Xi discussed, in which Rahul Gandhi was also present.

One of the key elements of Chinese diplomacy is the establishment of ‘organizational relations’ with political parties in other countries. They adopted similar tactics in Sri Lanka, Nepal and other countries. Such tie-ups are forged to protect their interests. Times Now has reported that the Chinese Embassy in India donated Rs 10 lakh to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation headed by Sonia Gandhi.

In an interview to Xinhua: Congress President Sonia Gandhi had said that India-China relations have the potential to become the ‘most important and most important relations’ of the 21st century, noting that it should be an important tool in shaping the changing world order.

The leadership of both India and China are engaged in deepening political understanding that honors each other’s sensibilities.

Such dialogue should address all important issues of mutual concern through visits, seminars and productive exchange of ideas, skills and experiences.
