The BJP administration prioritizes deploying allocated budgets efficiently, she affirmed. Officials were tasked with initiating new financial year procedures promptly to ensure deadline adherence.

CMDF stands out with 3,812 approved initiatives costing ₹1,798.85 crore, including vital upgrades like roads, sewers, water lines, lights, and parks. Multiple agencies, predominantly MCD, are executing these, from DJB to PWD and power distributors.

Post-meeting, Gupta spotlighted rural progress via DVDB’s 707 projects worth ₹1,557 crore, designed to enhance village infrastructure and resident welfare. This reflects Delhi’s broader push for equitable growth, bridging urban and rural divides through targeted investments.
