Investments totaling Rs 9,000-10,000 crore have fueled 15-18 advanced recycling plants across India. Equipped with state-of-the-art tech matching EFSA and FDA benchmarks, they ensure top safety standards.

Key enablers include the 2021 Environment Ministry nod for rPET in food contact and a 2025 relaxation allowing phased compliance for the initial 30% mandate.
