Due to rising cement and steel prices, the builders are facing a lot of difficulties in Chhattisgarh on Friday. In fact, from time to time, there has been a huge increase in arbitrary prices for individual interests by forming groups by cement and steel manufacturers. The builder association of India had complained to the CCI (Competition Commission of India) against the artificial growth done earlier by the producer group. Raipur Center Chairman of Builder Association of India Sushil Aggarwal said that on the complaint, a penalty of Rs 397.51 crore was imposed against the concerned cement company and cement association on 30 July 2012 and then Rs 6307.32 crore on 25 July 2018.
