  • Chief Minister will visit Gorella-Pendra-Marwahi on 6 January

    Bhupesh Baghel will be on a tour of the Gorella-Pendra-Marwahi district on 6 January. Where he will be involved in many programs including inauguration, Bhoomipujan and general assembly.
    On January 6, the Chief Minister will depart from Circuit House Janjgir-Champa at 11 am to reach Pandri and from there by helicopter will reach Gram Panchayat Jogisar of Gorela Pandra Marwahi district at 12.15 pm. Where they will inspect the Narva Stopdem and meet the Women’s Self Help Group. After this, the Chief Minister will reach the village Danikundi of Marwahi block of development at one o’clock by helicopter and address the general assembly after distributing material and checks in various development works. The Chief Minister will inspect the Miscellaneous Facility-cum-Value Promotion Center at Danikundi at 2.15 pm and from 3.15 pm various organizations will meet and discuss with heads of organizations, community heads, public representatives, youth delegations and officials. Chief Minister will leave Danikundi at 4 pm and return to Raipur at 5 pm

  • Baba Gurughasi Das promoted social harmony – Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria

    Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria attended the Guru Ghasidas Jayanti function held at the village panchayat Baihar. On this occasion, he inaugurated the Bhumipujan of over 46 lakh development works and the renovation work of Shitala Temple, Guru Ghasidas Temple.
    On this occasion, Dr. Dahria said that Baba Guru Ghasidas ji promoted social harmony by envisaging a casteless society. Attempting to unite the entire human society in one sutra, giving a message of the same kind. This message of Baba Guru Ghasidas is exemplary for all societies. He said that saints belong to the entire human society, not to any one society.

  • CM Rupani dedicates 72 projects worth Rs 1,078 crore

    Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani dedicated and performed bhoomipoojan of 72 developmental works worth Rs 1078 crores under Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation through video conference.

    Out of this, the CM dedicated developmental works worth Rs.92 crores and performed bhoomipoojan of works worth Rs.986 crores. The works include housing projects, water project, urban health centre, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, garden development and beautification etc.

    During the online event, the CM said, “The state government has dedicated and performed bhoomipoojan of various developmental works worth Rs 17,000 crores during the pandemic. Out of this, works worth Rs 2857 crores have been started in Ahmedabad alone. These figures are a testament of the state’s resilience amidst the pandemic.

    The Chief Minister also added that Ahmedabad’s urban infrastructure and public welfare facilities have augmented to a large extent in the last 25 years. This includes roads, sewage lines, light, water, sport complexes, riverfront, reuse of treated water, solid waste management etc. A large number of people, especially senior citizens, prefer to settle down in Ahmedabad owing to its ‘Ease of Living’ standards. Further, the Department of Urban Development has been instrumental in ensuring sustainable development.

    The state government is dedicated to undertake numerous public welfare works across Gujarat. The CM urged the development bodies to give topmost priority to slum redevelopment, reuse of treated water, pollution control, traffic management etc. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s dream project, the Sabarmati Riverfront, has given a new identity of Ahmedabad and the tag of World Heritage City has given it a global identity.

  • Minister Smt. Bhendia gifted many development works

    Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Anila Bhendia visited various villages in her assembly constituency Daundi block in Balod district on Sunday and gave many development works to the citizens. In various villages of the region, he announced various development works with Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of various development works. He also discussed with the villagers and diagnosed their problems.

    Mrs. Bhendia first performed the Bhumi Pujan of the Society Paddy Procurement Center in village Karutola. He announced various works of village development on local demands. With this, he offered prayers at the village Thema Bujurg temple He inaugurated the Bhoomipujan of additional school buildings at Village Kande and Village Pichetola and new school buildings at Village Bahmani, Village Kopdera and Village Kotagaon. Along with this, he also performed Bhoomipujan of Paddy Bought Center in village Kotagaon. Hearing the problems of the villagers in the tour program, he directed the competent authorities for quick action. During this period, public representatives and administrative officers of district, district and gram panchayat were present.

  • Bhupesh Baghel will do Bhoomipujan to build Tennis Sport Academy in the capital Raipur on 19 November

    On November 19, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will perform Bhumi Pujan for the construction of Tennis Sport Academy in the capital Raipur through video conferencing from his residence office. Tennis Sport Academy will be constructed on 4 acres of land adjoining the Cultural Building of Agricultural University Raipur. For its construction, the State Government’s Sports and Youth Welfare Department has issued a work order giving administrative approval of Rs 17 crore 75 lakh. A time frame of 15 months has been set for the construction of the academy.
    Under Tennis Sport Academy, Admin Building, Hostel Building and Tennis Court will be constructed. On the ground floor of Admin Building, waiting room, reception, two changing rooms, two halls, parking area and gym in first floor, dining area, waiting area and second floor VIP building. The lodge and 3500 capacity pavilion will be built. Reception & Waiting Room, Superintendent Room, Office, VIP in the ground floor of Hostel Building. Room and parking, carrom room in first floor, table tennis room, kitchen, dining. In the second floor, 17 rooms, house keeping and in the third floor, 17 room house keeping will be constructed, as well as an International Tennis Court (Synthetic Court) and 5 Precatis Court (Synthetic Court).
