    Governor Anusuiya Uikey launched website ‘e-Samadhan’ at Raj Bhavan on Friday. The website of the e-Samadhan is https://esamadhan.cg.gov.in. Applications received from common public at the Raj Bhavan will be sent to the concerned departments through this website. The status of the action being taken on those applications in various departments can be tracked. The status of the applications and the updated status of disposal will be monitored by the Raj Bhavan Secretariat. Governor Uikey said that today is the era of technology. Technology is being used everywhere. New technology brings transparency in work. e-Samadhan system will be helpful to resolve the grievances of common people at the earliest. Governance will be more sensitive and accountable to the people, she added. Additional State Informatics Officer of National Informatics Centre (NIC) T N Singh informed that the applications coming to Raj Bhavan will be scanned and uploaded on this website. This website has been linked to the concerned departments, collectorate and development office. The applications will be uploaded and sent to the respective offices for their disposal. 3,200 government offices have been associated with this website so far. With the launch of this website, time will be also saved, he added.
