In order to speed up the vaccination of people above 45 years of age in the state, the government is going to start mobile vaccination. It will start on Saturday from four urban wards of Raipur, where Viva mobile vans will reach the localities to vaccinate people.
Mayor Ejaz Dhebar and MLA Satyanarayan Sharma sent 4 vehicles from Raipur CMHO office to implement the vaccination campaign. During this, Collector Saurabh Kumar, MLA Kuldeep Singh Juneja and others were present. During this, Mayor Ejaz Dhebar said that this campaign is being run jointly by the Health Department and the district administration.
Dhebar said that a good arrangement has been made regarding such people who are running away from vaccination. These vehicles will roam in all the four assemblies. Raipur Collector Saurabh Kumar said that doctor-level officers will be present in the van, anyone above 45 years of age who needs a second dose, who does not even take the first dose. They will be given the Kovid-19 vaccine on the spot.
