  • In “Secular” Row For Uddhav Thackeray And Governor, Sharad Pawar’s Letter To PM Modi

Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar has reacted strongly to Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari’s letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray regarding the reopening of places of worship. The Shiv Sena ally wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying he was “shocked and surprised” at the language used by the Governor.

“I must mention here that I agree the Hon. Governor can have his independent views and opinions on the issue. I also appreciate the prerogative of the Governor to convey his views to the Chief Minister. However, I am shocked and surprised to see the letter of the Governor released to the media and the kind of language used in the letter,” he said in the letter to PM.

On Monday, the Governor wrote to Uddhav Thackeray “requesting him to announce forthwith” the reopening of places of worship with Covid precautions. “You have been a strong votary of Hindutva. You had publicly espoused your devotion for Lord Rama by visiting Ayodhya after taking charge as Chief Minister. You had visited the Vitthal Rukmini Mandir in Pandharpur and performed the puja on Ashadhi Ekadashi,” Mr Koshyari wrote.

“I wonder if you are receiving any divine premonition to keep postponing the reopening of places of worship time and again or have you turned ‘secular’ yourselves, a term you hated?”

The Chief Minister retorted that his Hindutva did not require a certificate from the Governor or anyone and that he would take a decision after careful consideration. “You said I am getting divine premonitions? Maybe you get them but I am not so big,” he wrote back in Marathi.

Mr Thackeray reminded the Governor that the reopening of temples or delaying it “is not a question of secularism” and questioned whether Mr Koshyari had forgotten his own constitutional oath.

  • Sabarimala won’t be allowed to turn into Ayodhya: Vijayan

Taking a firm stand, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said on Wednesday that Sabarimala won’t be allowed to become an Ayodhya.

Sabarimala town has witnessed protests ever since the Supreme Court ruled in September that women of all ages can enter the temple that hitherto banned girls and women aged 10-50.

As the Kerala Assembly opened on Wednesday, legislators from the Congress-led opposition came with placards and banners demanding that the prohibitory orders in the temple town be lifted.

During the entire question hour, the opposition was rooted before the Speaker shouting slogans. As former Devasom Minister VS Sivakumar alleged that the Left government and the Sangh parivar were colluding to destroy the sanctity of the Sabarimala temple, Vijayan said that the prohibitory orders now in place at the temple town will not be withdrawn.

“We are bound to adhere to the apex court ruling even as the Sangh parivar with the support of the Congress is out to create trouble in the temple,” the Chief Minister said.

“At no cost will we allow Sabarimala to be turned into an Ayodhya and there is no question of withdrawing the prohibitory orders,” he said to thumping of desks by the treasury benches.

Vijayan said that even the Kerala High Court had supported the rules now in force at Sabarimala. “The Congress is trying to make political capital out of the Sabarimala issue.”

Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala said that now it had become clear that Vijayan had only one agenda — to weaken the Congress party and for that he has given the full support to the BJP/RSS.

“The decision of the police to hand over the mike to RSS leader Valsan Thilenkery to control the protesters at the temple reveals everything… Vijayan is behaving like those who built the Titanic who said the ship will never sink. But it sank. Vijayan is also going to meet such an end. The way he is handling the Sabarimala issue, devotees are deeply pained,” he said.

When the opposition members trooped near Speaker P. Sreeramakrishnan, he went through the listed business of the day in a flash and adjourned the House for the day.

The Assembly saw the lone BJP legislator O. Rajagopal and his new found ally P.C. George turn up in black shirts. They said they were protesting against the Government for putting the Sabarimala pilgrims into difficulties.

  • Article :- Ayodhya Mein Sarayoo Tat Par Bhagavaan Raam Kee Bhavy Moorti Banavaane Kee Taiyaaree Mein Yogee Sarakaar

In the issue of public power yesterday, one of my news articles was published.
The princess of Ayodhya who will become the queen of Korea, her memorial will be on the banks of the river Saru
Today’s news is that the Yogi Sarkar in preparation for preparing a grand statue of Lord Rama on the Sarayu coast in Ayodhya.
The Yogi Government is going to establish a statue of copper of 151 meter high in Ayodhya. This statue will be placed on the terrace of 36 meters.
Let us know that last year the Yogi Sarkar announced the plan to install a statue of Lord Rama, 100 meters high. Then to promote religious tourism under the ‘Navya Ayodhya’ scheme, the Yogi Government also showed the proposal to Governor Ram Naik.
    Estimated expenditure upto 330 crores
The tourism department had planned the statue of Lord Rama in May 2018. Under the new Ayodhya scheme, the statue along the river Saryu will be established. It is estimated to cost up to 330 crore rupees. Simultaneously, the government will make proper arrangements for the Ramkatha Gallery, the place of tourist lodging, the CCTV cameras, the police booths, the means of transportation and other civil facilities such as toilets and drainage. Earlier, UP Yogi Adityanath had said that on Diwali, he is going to Ayodhya with great good news. On Friday, Uttar Pradesh BJP president Mahendra Nath Pandey claimed that there is a big saint along with the Chief Minister. Of course he has planned for Ayodhya. Waiting for the good news on Diwali, the plan will come out in the hands of the Chief Minister that it will be appropriate. The yogi also said that the saint society is so patient, they need to have some patience and patience. There has been a spurt in the Ram temple issue here, along with RSS, Hindu organizations have adopted aggressive approach.
RSS president Bhaiyaji Joshi on Friday said that if needed, again the movement for Ram temple will be done as of 1992. He said that the wait has been long enough for the Ram temple.
Bhaiyaji Joshi said that Ram lives in everybody’s heart but they appear by the temples. They said that we want to be the temple.
BJP President Amit Shah met the association chief Mohan Bhagwat at 2 pm on Thursday at Rambhau Mahalagi Prabodhini of Mumbai. During this time many important issues were discussed between the Union chief and the Shah. It is believed that there has been discussion about Ram Mandir and Lok Sabha elections.
    World’s fourth largest statue!

The height of Lord Ram’s statue proposed in Ayodhya will be 151 meters, and in this way this statue will be 31 meters lower than the Statue of Unity. The height of the Statue of Unity is 182 meters. Shivaji Memorial is under construction in Mumbai, whose height is higher than the Statue of Unity. The Shiva Memorial and the statue of Lord Rama, both are estimated to be ready by 2021. However, the work of Shiva Memorial has gone a long way. Thus, the statue of Lord Rama proposed in Ayodhya will be India’s third largest statue and the fourth largest statue in the world. This monument has not been officially given any name, so the locals are calling it ‘Statue of Ramlala’ on the lines of the Statue of Unity.
Help from the Statue of Unity
Officials said that for the proposed statue of Lord Rama, a team of engineers has done terrestrial survey under the leadership of the state government and local administration. Engineers connected with this project are also taking advice from the key people involved in the construction of the Statue of Unity and the government will also take guidance from sculptor Ram Sutar, who designed the statue of Patel.
Experts say that India had a major engineering challenge in the form of Statue of Unity, which has been successfully completed. Now India has the expertise to build such a large monument, so there will be no problem in the construction of ‘Statue of Ramlala’ and if the money does not obstruct, then the project will be completed in time.
L & T has got a contract to build India’s two largest monument Statue of Unity and Shiva Memorial (under construction), and it is estimated that the contract for Lord Rama’s memorial can also be obtained by L & T. There are several projects of L & T running in Uttar Pradesh and it has been in Lucknow Metros too. Therefore, it is also expected that he will get the contract of God’s monument.

  • Shah holds marathon meetings with RSS, BJP leaders

A week after RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat called for “appropriate and requisite law” to pave the way for construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya, BJP president Amit Shah held marathon meetings with the state functionaries of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and State Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and Ministers in Lucknow on Wednesday.

The RSS chief, in his customary address on Vijayadashmi on October 18 had said: “The construction of Ram temple is necessary from the self-esteem point of view. It will also pave the way for an atmosphere of goodwill and oneness in the country.”

The meetings in Lucknow hold significance as Amit Shah is visiting Uttar Pradesh despite being busy with elections in five States. The senior-most leaders of the party are tight-lipped about the deliberations and describe it as a co-ordination meeting between the BJP and the RSS.

The meeting in Lucknow was summoned a day after former president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Pravin Togadia, announced to float a new political outfit with the slogan ‘Abki Bar Hindu Sarkar’ that could impact the BJP poll prospects.

Besides the Chief Minister, RSS senior functionaries Krishna Gopal, Datrayee Hasbole, RSS State chief Shivprakash, BJP state president Mahendra Nath Pandey and general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma also attended the meeting.

In view of the strict secrecy maintained by the BJP, the outcome of the meeting was not known but it will be visible in the strategy that the party adopts in the days to come.

The senior RSS leaders, sources said, expressed their displeasure over the performance of the ministers of the Yogi Adityanath Cabinet.

The RSS functionaries specifically pointed out the inability of the UP government to address the aspirations of the common man, particularly the unemployed youths, and asked the BJP leaders to make efforts so that the people do not vote for NOTA in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

“From time to time, the BJP’s UP unit keeps getting guidance from its national president. UP is a key State and electorally important,” BJP spokesperson Chandra Mohan said while refusing to divulge further details.

Sources say the issues that dominated the marathon meeting on Wednesday included the Ram temple, challenge posed by the former Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Pravin Togadia, preparations of the BJP organisation and the government for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, performance of the Yogi Adityanath government and its Ministers, possible challenge to be posed by the proposed alliance of Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party and the reshuffle in the Yogi Adityanath Cabinet.

The office-bearers of all RSS affiliates participated in the meeting presided over by Amit Shah. All-region secretary of the RSS was also invited to the meeting. The RSS has divided UP into seven ‘prants’ (zones) for organisational purpose.

BJP state president Mahendra Nath Pandey and party’s secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal also held closed-door meetings with Amit Shah.

Togadia, a native of Gujarat and once a confidant of then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, has already announced to float his new political party. His supporters created disturbances in Ayodhya earlier this week.

On Tuesday, addressing a rally at Rajnandgaon in the poll-bound Chhattisgarh, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had said that the Congress always opposed the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya because it believed in “dividing the country” and never wanted the issue to be resolved.

“People have their own emotions and sentiments on Ram Janmabhoomi (birthplace of Lord Ram in Ayodhya). I have always maintained that public sentiments on the issue should be respected. The fight for Ayodhya is not from today but the mammoth ‘Hindu Samaj’ has been fighting for the cause for around 450 years,” he said.

Yogi said the site at Ayodhya where Ram Lalla was present was the birthplace of Lord Ram and no one should have any doubt about it.

Earlier in the day, Shah was given a warm reception at the CCS airport at Amausi by Yogi Adityanath and his Cabinet colleagues on the BJP president’s arrival in the state capital on Wednesday. From the airport, Shah drove to the venue of the meeting.
