The auction of the declared non-usable stock items of District Fighter Nagar Army Office Bilaspur will be done on 29th June 2021 at 11 am in the Home Guard Camp premises located at Kududand.
Condom items declared as non-usable include uniform material of Home Guard personnel like paint, shirt, cap, shoe, blanket, rug, belt mono, belt web, mosquito net, raincoat, kit box, great coat, jersey khakhi, Angola shirt, water-bottle, bed Newar, Fire Extinguisher, Hose Pipe Delivery, Bed Sanmika, Exhaust Fan, Cooler, Electric Siren, Mattress and other non-useful condoms for motor vehicles are also included. The entire material will be auctioned in a single lot. Interested buyers can come and see these items one day before the auction date during office hours.
Every buyer will be required to deposit a cash security amount of Rs.1000 before bidding. The security deposit will be refunded to the buyers whose bids are not accepted. If the highest bid of the buyer is accepted by the supervisory officer, the entire material will have to be lifted on the same day after depositing the entire amount. The bid will be accepted on the basis of where it is in lot. The auction committee will have the right to accept or reject the auction bid.
