    Filmmaker Guy Ritchie’s Aladdin, the 2019 live-action film, received a great reception. Starring Mena Massoud and Will Smith, the film made over $1 billion at the box office. Recently, in an interview with Collider, Richie was asked about the possibility of a sequel.

    And expressing his happiness working with Disney, he said that for now, it is a wait-and-see circumstance. However, he also noted that he would be happy to do a sequel of Aladdin. 

    “I’d very much like to. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed that experience. It was a great experience. That whole Disney thing, as you can imagine, is such a professional outfit. Just from that perspective, it was so much fun. I would very much like to, we’ll wait and see. We have been kicking some ideas around for some time now, but it’d be great to do, it would be great to go back there,” he added.

    LOS ANGELES: Filmmaker Guy Ritchie has been roped in to direct the live-action adaptation of Disney’s classic animated film “Hercules”.

    According to Variety, the film will be produced by “Avengers: Endgame” directors Joe & Anthony Russo’s company AGBO  (also known as Gozie AGBO).

    Dave Callaham penned the first draft and the studio is currently in the process of hiring writers for the project. Ritchie has previously directed a live-action “Aladdin” movie for Disney. The filmmaker recently completed the shoot of his untitled action thriller with Jake Gyllenhaal.

  • Seedling units are proving to be the lamp of Aladdin for vegetable growing farmers

    Aladdin’s lamp is proving to the farmers of two seeding units of Patarhi and Pandaripani in Korba district in terms of providing disease-free and healthy shrubs in any season. So far, over two lakh vegetables have been prepared from these units and distributed to the farmers. With the commencement of these two units, not only Korba, but also the worry and hard work of saving the vegetable growers of the nearby border districts of Janjgir-Champa, Raigad, Korea by making a tremble is over. The seedling units are providing the farmers with vegetable and spice class crops at a cost of only sixty paise and they have got rid of the hassle of shoveling, watering, manure-medicine etc. as well as maintenance of the shaker. After these units are fully operational, production of vegetables has also increased in the district at a low cost. These state-of-the-art mini plug type seeding production units have been started in the government horticulture nurseries of Pataripi and Katghora development blocks of Korba development block. Tomato, brinjal, green chillies, cauliflower, cabbage, along with vegetables like bitter gourd and gourd are also being made in these units. In these two units set up at a cost of sixty-six lakh rupees from DMF fund, the farmer is getting facility to prepare nursery of vegetable and spice crops at very low cost. Farmers are coming to the nursery with their own seeds to prepare nurseries for vegetables and spice crops.

    Suryakant Thakur, a farmer of village Bendarkona, has prepared bitter gourd and tomato plants from the seeding unit. Suryakant says that with the installation of this unit, the risk at the level of preparing vegetable nursery has been completely eliminated. Farmers first had to bear the entire risk of water scarcity, diseases, diseases etc. in preparing nurseries in their fields. Nurseries in the production unit are prepared by germinating seeds in a controlled environment, thereby completely eliminating the risk of farmers and getting more healthy and disease free plants on time. Similarly, Chandram Prakash Aggarwal, a farmer of Rajgamar, has planted tomato and chilli stems from the seeding unit in the fields. Chandraprakash explains that the production of vegetables is increasing up to 20 percent more than the normal trenches on the farms in the seeding unit.
