Yadav alleged that the BJP had gained power through the quot;politics quot; of lies and hate.

Will celebrate Republic Day with farmers, expose BJP: Akhilesh Yadav
By PTI
LUCKNOW: Backing the agitation against the Centre’s farm laws, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said his party will celebrate the Republic Day with farmers and “expose” the BJP.“On January 26, the Samajwadi Party will celebrate the Republic Day with farmers and expose the BJP, which has become a puppet in the hands of big capitalists,” Yadav said a statement here.
“Farmers are holding a peaceful dharna for their just demands. Their non-violent movement has become historic. The Republic Day is a national festival. On this day, our ‘annadata’,who is revered deserves the respect of all of us and should not be humiliated,” he added.
Stating that farmers should not be ignored, Yadav said by accepting their demands, the pride of the nation will increase.
“The BJP leadership and the government should also keep their language restrained. Do not make unwarranted and baseless allegations against farmers. The main demand of farmers is that agriculture laws should be rollbacked,” he said “We are in full support of farmers. They have made India self-reliant. The party organised a kisan yatra and other programmes in support of farmers,” he said.

Government creating Ttandav’ over Amazon web series: Akhilesh Yadav
By PTI
LUCKNOW: Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav Tuesday accused the government of creating a big fuss over Amazon Prime’s political saga “Tandav”, which he called a “minor” web series. His statement came in the wake of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry seeking an explanation from the OTT platform over the series, and at least three FIRs being filed with different police stations in Uttar Pradesh against the makers and the artistes of the show.
“What is Tandav?” Yadav told reporters here to a question over the controversy.
“It is a minor series. And you are creating a ‘tandav’ (a dance form associated with Hindu god Lord Shiva) over it.”
Yadav also said OTT platforms gained popularity during the lockdown period and asked as to when an Indian platform will be created that can rival Amazon.
“You talked about swadeshi Andolan and let a foreign platform loot millions of rupees. Tell me when will there be a homemade platform that can rival Amazon,” Yadav said, confessing he does not have an Amazon subscription and he has not watched the series.
“Tandav”, a nine-episode political thriller starring Saif Ali Khan, Dimple Kapadia, and Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, started streaming last week and is neck-deep in trouble with loud calls for its ban and an FIR against its makers in Lucknow.
At the center of the row is a scene with Zeeshan, in the role of college student Shiva, playing the Hindu god Mahadev in a theatre production.
The cast and the crew of “Tandav” had to “unconditionally” apologize in a bid to quell the controversy surrounding the show.
On Tuesday, they agreed to implement changes to address concerns raised over the series.
Yadav also attacked the BJP over the ongoing protests against the farm laws, alleging the leaders of the party have nothing to do with agriculture but they just want to control the market linked with it and make profit.
“We are associated with farming, the BJP is not,” he claimed.
He said January 26 is a good day for the government to accept the demands of farmers who want the three new agri laws repealed and a legal guarantee on the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
“There can’t be a bigger display of love for the country and respect for the constitution. The BJP has got an opportunity to (exhibit) their patriotism and love for this country,” he said.
On the National Investigation Agency (NIA) serving notices to some farmer union leaders, he said they have been issued as farmers are agitating against the laws.
The former Uttar Pradesh chief minister was speaking at an event to welcome young-achievers and leaders into the party fold.
He said declining employment opportunities, “privatization of education and politicization of educational institutions” are the burning issues the youth of the country faces.
He also claimed the stringent National Security Act was being invoked against youths who speak their mind and alleged nothing of this sort is taking place anywhere else in the world.
He also alleged Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his deputy were withdrawing cases lodged against them.
The state today tops parameters such as crime against women, fake encounters, communal violence and hooch tragedy deaths among others, he alleged.
It is also for the first time that “the court has said” that there is a jungle raj in the state, he said.
The Allahabad High Court had recently quashed an FIR against a man who allegedly tweeted that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had transformed the state into a “jungle raj”.
Yadav also raised the issue of national security after reports that China has built a village near Arunachal Pradesh, saying Google maps show China raised constructions in the area over the past few months.
On a question on the biennial MLC elections on 12 seats, the SP chief said he ought to have fielded a third candidate also “since some of the BJP MLAs were ready to vote for his party”.
The SP has fielded two nominees as per its strength in the Assembly and the BJP 10 for the election whose process is presently underway.
Later, reacting on Yadav’s remark against the BJP government, BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh said that “at the time the houses of criminals and mafias are being bulldozed their bosses are feeling the pain”.
“It’s ironic that Akhilesh is raising fingers at the BJP government under whose regime Uttar Pradesh is shining. During the previous SP regime, the state witnessed international shame over poor law and order,” Singh said in a statement here.
“It was due to his faulty policies that the SP was voted out of power by the people. Even after forging opportunistic alliances, people discarded the SP due to which entire the opposition is demoralised,” he said.

“After one year, when the SP will come to power, we will ensure free vaccine for all,” he said while asking from the government when the poor will get free vaccines.
Earlier in the month, Yadav had triggered a controversy, saying he will not get himself injected with a ‘BJP vaccine’ against coronavirus.
Later, Yadav had tried to make amends, saying he was not referring to the scientists.
On Saturday, he sought to know if the staff put on vaccination duty has been given proper training and all logistics regarding the vaccine have been taken care of.

“I would also like to know if proper funds are being given for vaccination centres, else how the work will be done? We also want to know if there are proper arrangements for storage and transportation of the vaccine. We have full faith in our doctors but not in the government.”
“It is good that coronavirus vaccine has come out but only believe what the doctors say, not Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,” he said.
He also attacked the state government over allegations of fake encounters, custodial deaths and crime against the women.
The SP chief alleged that his party workers have been framed in fake cases.

Reiterating his party’s support to the farmers’ agitation, Yadav said the three new farm laws will ruin the poor.
To a question on the induction of former IAS officer A K Sharma into the BJP, Akhilesh hoped that now the works started by his government, including the road projects in Sharma’s native Mau district, would be speeded up.
However, he exuded confidence of grabbing the power in the assembly elections next year, claiming that people have decide to uproot the BJP government.
He also alleged corruption in a scheme for toilets.
When asked about a drive to collect funds for the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Akhilesh termed it a ‘political programme’ of the BJP.
“There is a tradition of taking donations for religious purposes in all faiths. But the BJP is now making it a political event,” he said.
The BJP has made it a political programme to divert people’s attention from the shortcomings regarding the vaccination drive, job creation and other issues, he added.

BJP favouring wealthy people over farmers: Akhilesh Yadav
By PTI
LUCKNOW: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday accused the BJP of favouring wealthy people over farmers. In a Hindi tweet, Akhilesh Yadav said, “The biggest problem with the BJP government is that it does not consider itself as a public representative (jan pratinidhi) but as wealth representative (dhan pratinidhi).
Hence, for the wealthy people, it is putting farmers’ interest at stake, he said, adding that the BJP has forgotten that those whom it is causing harm constitute two-third population of the country and never accept defeat.
Earlier too, the Samajwadi Party chief had accused the BJP of giving importance to its “capitalist friends” and said the farmers’ protest against the new agriculture laws is an example of the government’s “failure”.

Akhilesh Yadav kicks up row, says he won’t take COVID-19 vaccine given by BJP government
Express News Service
LUCKNOW: Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday kicked up a row by saying he won’t take the COVID-19 vaccine as he doesn’t trust the BJP government.“I will not get vaccinated by the shot given by the BJP government as I don’t trust them. When we (SP) come back to power, we will ensure that everyone gets a free vaccine against the deadly coronavirus,” said Akhilesh while talking to mediapersons here on Saturday.
The statement came on a day when the state witnessed a dry run for the vaccine just as the country is set to commence vaccination after an expert panel of the drug regulator cleared the Oxford-AstraZeneca shot for rollout.
Ahead of the rollout, all states including UP conducted a dry run on Saturday to prepare for and iron out any kinks in the delivery and distribution system.
The SP chief, however, alleged that the BJP government at the Centre became concerned about COVID-19 only when the opposition parties did something.
“Money is being extorted by people in the name of the pandemic. This government is concerned about the coronavirus only when opposition parties do something. The same BJP government wanted to get rid of the virus by clapping and banging of plates,” he said, adding that the government had also failed to ensure that people wear masks to curb the spread of the virus.
Yadav’s statement against the vaccine drew a strong reaction from UP’s deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya who demanded an apology for questioning the scientific community’s hard work in producing the vaccine in record time.
“Akhilesh Yadav doesn’t trust the vaccine and the people of Uttar Pradesh don’t trust Akhilesh Yadav. The questions raised on the vaccine are an insult to doctors and scientists of our country. Akhilesh should apologize for this,” he said.

Editorial :- Har Chunaav Mein Elaayans Badalane Va Yoo Tarn Lene Mein Maahir Naidu Bane Ustaad Mahaagathabandhan Ke : Congress Sashankit
In the face of Ram, in front of Ram, while churning a knife in every election, Chandra Babu Naidu, who has been in the process of changing the alliance and taking a U turn, has gone for a grand alliance with Congress for the year 2019. What will be the fate of this three trumpet race?
Chandra Babu Naidu accompanied by Andhra Chief Minister BJP. Now they are calling the alliance of the opposition parties or alliances in the whole of India. In Andhra itself, they have not been able to form an alliance against the BJP. YRS and the figure of 36 between them.
The same is the case of Telangana. Before Andhra, Chief Minister of Telangana Chandrashekhar Rao was doing the third round of exercise for 2019, it has become ti-ti fiss.
In Telangana, Congress and Chandra Babu Naidu’s TDP are contesting against Chandrashekhar Rao’s party against TRS. This too is a big coalition spread against the BJP.
People of undivided Andhra, i.e. the people of Telangana and divided Andhra, are well aware of how the sculptures of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were thrown out by throwing hammer and thrown on the road.
Naidu’s race happened after Mamta Banerjee’s court. Mamta Banerjee’s TMC and the hostility of the communist parties is well known. That is why Mamata Banerjee is frightened by the BJP’s growing influence. Regardless of whether the Congress and the Communist parties will come against the BJP along with Mamta.
Naidu’s race started with Sharad Pawar and Farooq Abdullah to get the ambition of becoming the Prime Minister. So far, this race has not been able to reach Uttar Pradesh where the Lok Sabha has 80 seats.
The statements of Mayawati and Akhilesh Yadav are published in the first page of this issue of Lokshakti. Both the Congress and the BJP are making Nagnath one and the second as a snake nanatha, making the strategy of 2019. Apart from this, Raja Bhaiya also broke Akhilesh’s waist by making him a separate party.
In 1996, Naidu did an important task to unite all the different parties in the secular front that Karnataka politician HD Deve Gowda is credited for reaching the Prime Minister’s post.
Just two years after Naidu took a tremendous U-turn, along with right-wing ideology BJP, played an important role in forming the country’s first NDA government, due to which Atal Bihari Vajpayee became the Prime Minister.
In 2004, when his party faced defeat in Andhra Pradesh and after that in the 2004 Lok Sabha elections, the NDA alliance was defeated, Naidu had lost the right to be a communal image of BJP and Gujarat riots. Not implemented.
In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the Congress and Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party (TDP) are together. Both parties are contesting Telangana assembly elections. The next year, the Andhra Pradesh assembly and the Lok Sabha elections together have agreed between them. Even if the Economic Times quoted the sources quoted by sources, the Congress is not completely convinced about Chandrababu Naidu. Rather it is only a matter of concern. Especially in the Congress unit of Andhra Pradesh, Naidu is repeated.
According to the newspaper, the concern of Congress is the hyperactivity of Chandrababu Naidu. Earlier he was convinced that Naidu might have come with the Congress and accepted his leadership in non-BJP coalition. But this perception seems shaky because Naidu is increasingly joining the Congress as well as with other parties. It has started to appear that they may also present their claims in parallel to the leadership of the Congress leadership to lead the opposition coalition.
Chandrababu Nayudu is himself a self-appointed family member. The parties they are converging are also separatist-minded familyist parties who are eager to make the country crave for split power.
The Karnataka Congress government had also introduced the format of Agal flag for Karnataka. Mamta Banerjee called the exercise of every year of the army in toll plaza in Calcutta as a coup also. Similarly, following the same Mamata Banerjee today, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Naidu has announced that he will not let the Constitutional independent body of India run the CBI. What is the separation of this kind of thinking, the power that divides the country into pieces, the extent to which the support of the public will be available to the loyalist families? -
Editorial :- 2019 Lok Sabha Elections – Modi VS all , Rahul VS all
The main role of the Left parties has been to keep the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty in control of India’s power.
For the last few months, Sharad Pawar was Chanakya, Rahul Gandhi’s
When Swamy took the oath of office as Chief Minister of Karnataka in Bangalore, a special section of the media which had gathered in the assembly, had created this atmosphere that the election of Modi in 2019 would be all-encompassing, a grand alliance would be formed against Narendra Modi.
But now Leader of the Left parties Sitaram Yechury has clearly stated two days ago that the general body is not possible before next year’s 2019 Lok Sabha elections. That is, there is no possibility of Modi being all-energetic.
Sitaram Yechury is the General Secretary of CPI (M), the main constituent of the Left Front. The Left played an important role in the first part of UPA government and played an important role in the formation of the Manmohan Singh-led government.
In an interview to Chhaddhahriya, Yechury spoke on many issues. He said that the idea of a grand coalition is not possible before next year’s general elections and after the results are over, better options will emerge. Talking about the issue of Foreign Policy and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, she said that the agreement of Left parties with Mamta Banerjee is possible before the Lok Sabha elections and not later.
Modi is all that has changed now.
Rahul Gandhi reached the US by holding the finger of Sam Pitroda and Shashi Tharoor and he had announced that he would be the prime ministerial candidate.
He made this announcement even during the Karnataka assembly elections. After this announcement, the atmosphere is now – Modi has all been changed now, Rahul is in all –
In the alliance of 19 parties, 11 candidates of the Prime Minister’s Office are looking for opportunities to stab each other in the back.
Among them are Sharad Pawar, Mamta Banerjee, Devgowda, Mayawati, Kejriwal, Chandrababu Naidu, Chandrasekhar Rao, Akhilesh Yadav and most of these are Rahul Gandhi.
Opposition does not have any general minimum program of election campaign in 2019
According to the election campaign in 2019, at one end, the BJP’s digital wing is in the most advanced stage, and at the other end, the BSP is seen. This is a tragedy of the dispersed opposition, so far that it has no agenda of publicity.
“The Third Front or the Maha coalition is not practical in the Lok Sabha elections”. This statement of JNCP President Sharad Pawar came at a time when many ideas are being made regarding the formation of a coalition and the third front exercise.
Recently, JDS chief HD Deve Gowda has stressed on creating a third front. Earlier, Trinamool Congress chief Mamta Banerjee and Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K Chandrasekhar Rao had met to start the exercise to create a Third Front.
In fact, former PM and JDS chief HD Deve Gowda had said that the Congress party did not take regional parties lightly, in relation to the pullout between Congress and JDS in Karnataka.
He had said that the leaders of six opposition parties had joined the Chief Minister’s swearing-in ceremony, which certainly reflects the unity of the opposition, but it is not necessary that all the united people of the year 2019 contest elections.
Clearly, the denial of opposition unity after the refusal of the proposed alliance or the two leaders of the Third Front seems to be shocking. It is also clear that the Congress situation is no longer such that it can compete with the BJP in all the states. After Sharad Pawar’s statement, there has been a lot of reactions in the social media.
