Partnerships with NDDB have enhanced procurement and pricing. The CM stressed applying NDDB’s vast experience across all levels for seamless, efficient functioning.

Officials received clear instructions: rapidly expand societies, establish advanced processing plants, upgrade feed facilities, and implement digital solutions in the dairy chain. Focus on robust branding and innovative packaging to widen market access.

Yadav emphasized training farmers and youth in cutting-edge techniques. The state aims to integrate 26,000 villages, with 1,752 new societies added and 701 revived in 2025-26. Daily collection is now 9.67 lakh kg via 153 coolers.

Tech upgrades include a mobile app for real-time milk data and a monitoring tool for field staff. Quality enhancement projects, such as Indore’s powder plant and expansions in Shivpuri and Gwalior, promise a world-class dairy system, securing farmers’ futures.
