Expect world-class expertise in heart care, cancer treatment, digestive disorders, emergency trauma, and brain sciences. Vidarbha patients will finally access top-tier services without long-distance travel, easing a long-standing burden.

The ripple effects extend to jobs: up to 1800 direct positions and countless indirect ones. For Maha-Metro, it’s a 60-year windfall exceeding 1850 crore from leases and fees.

Varun Khanna of QCIL described it as a blueprint for PPP-driven healthcare, integrating urban development for sustainable, scalable solutions. Perfect for cities like Nagpur bridging tier-2/3 gaps.

Dr. Kumar stressed organized healthcare’s need for such responsive partnerships. This investment strategically builds multi-specialty prowess in tier-2 hubs, blending clinical excellence with local impact. Gratitude flowed to state and central leaders for their backing.
