The district has recorded an average rainfall of 213.9 mm since June 1. According to the information received from the Land Records Branch, where Magarlod tehsil has recorded the highest average rainfall of 371.4 mm, while Nagri Tehsil has received the lowest average rainfall of 103.3 mm. Similarly, Kurud tehsil recorded 238.8 mm, Bhakhara 198.4 mm, Dhamtari 187.8 mm and Kukrel tehsil 183.5 mm.
