  • The Home Minister will perform Bhoomipujan and launch various works in Bemetara district on 12 February

    Home and Public Works Minister Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu will perform Bhumi Pujan and launch various works in Bemetara district on Friday, 12 February. They will leave Raipur by car in the morning at 9 am and will attend the local program at village Kota of Berla development block at 9.30 am and village Khamharia (Saldha) at 10.30 am. They will do Bhoomipujan and inaugurate various construction works in the village Patora at 12 noon, village Silghat at one o’clock and at 3 in Berla. Minister Shri Sahu will leave Birla at 5 pm and reach Durg and will participate in the program organized at Tamarkar Dharamshala at 6 pm. They will leave the fort at 9 pm and return to Raipur.

  • Inter-departmental committee to give incentive money to unemployed youth on 12 February

    Under the chairmanship of Minister of Higher Education, Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Development, Mr. Umesh Patel, there will be a meeting of the interdepartmental committee constituted on February 12 at 3 pm to give incentives to unemployed youth in the Mahanadi Bhavan.

  • Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the Mainpat Festival on February 12

    Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the Mainpat Festival on 12 February. According to the scheduled program, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will depart from Police Parade Ground Raipur at 2 pm by helicopter and arrive at Mainpat in Sarguja district at 3 pm and will inaugurate the Mainpat Festival. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will return to Raipur at 5.20 pm. The three-day festival is held from 12 to 14 February 2021 at Mainpat near Ropakhar reservoir.

  • Camp for organizing learning license on 12 February

    The camp is being organized at District Transport Office Mungeli from 10.30 am on February 12 to create a learning license under the direction of Collector PS Alma under National Road Safety Month. Information will be given regarding application procedure etc. in respect of learning license in the camp. District Transport Officer Mr. Amit Prakash Kashyap said that applicants for the residence license, residence certificate, Aadhaar card, birth certificate for proof of age or the school’s mark list (original copy and photo copy) in which the date of birth is mentioned, the latest two Color passport size photo, 206 for motor cycle and Rs 356 for car will have to be deposited. It is mandatory to bring your own debit card or credit card together to pay the fees. The age of the applicant should be 16 years for a non-gears motor cycle and 18 years for a gears motor cycle and light motor vehicle. The application must be resident of Mungeli district. Applicant is required to have general knowledge of all types of road signs. 10 questions will be asked in the learning license test procedure, in which it is mandatory to answer 6 questions correctly. Learning license will be granted after passing.
