The entire matter is of Bairagarh Civil Hospital where Dr. Praveen Thakur was found drunk while on duty. Actually, Bairagarh police station had sent the accused to the civil hospital for medical treatment. But the drug addict doctor did not do medical treatment for 3 hours. As soon as information about this was received, Bairagarh police station in-charge reached the hospital and complained about this matter to the superintendent.
