Naiduniya Representative, Khandwa. NIA has contacted Khandwa police in the case of murder of Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Vikas Prabhakar alias Vikas Bagga 15 months ago in Ludhiana, Punjab. The weapons were provided to the Khalistani terrorist who killed the VHP leader by Dharmendra alias Kunal son of Jairam Maurya of Ludhiana.
Illegal weapons were purchased from Khargone
About 5 months before the murder, on 29 October 23, Dharmendra and his friend Vinay, son of Ramdev Goswami, resident of Ludhiana, were arrested by Khandwa’s Moghat police while they were carrying illegally purchased weapons from Khargone. Initial interrogation revealed that the accused had links with Khalistani terrorists.

Moghat police had registered a case against the accused under 25 Army Act and sent them to jail. They were granted bail after spending two days in jail.
