According to the information received, the bike riding couple was coming from Anuppur to their home in Jhagarha. Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle hit him on Batura bridge of Amalai police station area. After the accident, a crowd of people gathered at the spot. There were long queues of vehicles on both sides of the road. There was a lot of anger among the people after the incident.

Here the incident was informed to the police and 108 ambulance. The police reached the spot, established a trail, took the body into their custody and sent it to the hospital for post-mortem, while the injured woman was admitted to the hospital for treatment. In the incident, driver Durgesh and 13 year old girl Lallibai died on the spot. At present the police has started investigating the matter.
