Shri Ganesh Gaushala Committee Secretary Ramchandra Maurya said that everyone tries to drink as much water as possible during the summer season. In such a situation, we have made a tank of cold water to provide drinking water to the mother cow and she is being given a hydration drink mixed with rock salt, jaggery and water. All the cows are bathed regularly, so that they do not overheat. Fans have also been installed in the cow shed for ventilation. To keep the cows cool, we have started feeding them pumpkin, watermelon and tomatoes. We keep the small calves under special supervision and try to ensure that all the cows remain exposed to as much air as possible and remain healthy.
