The debt-ridden farmers of the country are struggling to get the right price for their crops and the government is preparing to collect income tax. First of all, we need to take concrete steps towards ensuring the income of farmers and making them debt free. During my short-term government, I had waived the loans of 27 lakh farmers of Madhya Pradesh, but the new governments stopped the loan waiver scheme.
