Prashant Singh will remain the Advocate General of MP: Got the responsibility again in the new government, Law-Legislative Affairs Department issued order

Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. Advocate General Prashant Singh will continue to be the Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh. He has once again been given responsibility in the new government. Madhya Pradesh Government, Law and Legislative Affairs Department has issued an order in this regard. Prashant Singh was appointed in 2021. Before this, he had held the responsibility of the post of Additional Advocate General.

The order issued on Monday said – The Governor of Madhya Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 165 of the Constitution of India, continues to appoint Prashant Singh as the Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh.

Let us tell you that Prashant Singh started practicing law in 1992 under the guidance of former Advocate General Ravinandan Singh. In 1996, he started independent advocacy. After this he was made Additional Advocate General. He had resigned from this post due to the responsibility of Sankalp Mahashivir of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
