While giving a memorandum regarding their three-point demands, they have demanded that in the examination results released by the Staff Selection Board, the contractual HM should be included in the merit list without any condition, giving the benefit of seniority and 20% reservation in the contract.

The employees union has demanded that the support staff employees outsourced from the National Health Mission should be regularized on the vacant posts in the department or they should be merged into the National Health Mission. The organization also demands that outsourced data entry operators and outsourced support staff employees should be merged into NHM by giving them the benefit of seniority.
