Karan Mishra, Gwalior: Hearing was held in the High Court on the PIL filed regarding making helmet mandatory. While hearing the hearing, the Chief Justice bench strongly reprimanded the government. The government said that a circular has been issued to ensure compliance with helmet, seat belt and traffic rules.
On this the bench said that the circular will not work. Every person needs a helmet, seat belt and high security plate. The court commented that you could not enforce the rules in 6 months. Tomorrow i.e. on January 17, the Transport Commissioner will have to personally appear in the court.
