Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. The Guest Teachers Association has expressed happiness over the decision of Madhya Pradesh Government. Thanked the government for giving 50 percent reservation in recruitment. State President of Guest Teachers Association, Ravikant Gupta said that – We had a long fight which was completed today but we still have some demands which the government is considering. One of our demands is that a departmental examination should be conducted so that those who have crossed the age limit for the teacher eligibility test are also given appointment to the post of teacher under the departmental examination.
This demand of guest teachers is unfulfilled
There are about 68 thousand guest teachers in Madhya Pradesh. Guest teachers have 10 months of service period, contract, will not leave in the middle of the session, vacant posts will not be considered, 10 marks per year of experience and 150 marks for a maximum of 15 years will be added equally in the score card. Like retired teachers, experience marks will be added to the score card. Tribal online portal will also be created. Guest teachers have also demonstrated several times regarding regularization.
