    Bhopal. Guests who came to the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal, capital of Madhya Pradesh, received the offerings of Lord Mahakal. He was given a walk of Orchha and Sanchi through virtual reality. In fact, the GIS ‘MP Tourism Board’s pavilion demonstrated the rich heritage and investment capacity of the state. Major tourist places of Ujjain, Sanchi, Bhojpur, Bhimbetka, Khari Village Homestay and Bhopal also became the center of attraction.

    The pavilion of the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board at the Global Investors Summit remains the center of attraction. The major tourist places of the state, ancient temples, royal forts and breathtaking natural sites are being displayed through new technology and interactive panels. Here Delegates are having a living darshan of Mahakal through hologram. He is also being given a special offering of Baba Mahakal from Ujjain. Along with this, wildlife is being experienced with Orchha, Khajuraho and Sanchi Stupa through virtual reality while cycling.

    Special zone of sound healing technology has been created, displaying wellness tourism in the pavilion. In the live counter of the state’s traditional handicrafts garden print, the delegates garden is closely known and buying products like saris, stalls. Mowgli Selfie Point has been installed to make GIS Palala memorable. In which delegates can take selfies with cheetahs and tigers including Jungle Book characters Mowgli, Bagheera.

    Ujjain and Sanchi became first choice for delegates

    Madhya Pradesh Tourism has planned a special journey tour for the representatives of the country and abroad at the Global Investors Summit. The delegates have expressed interest in the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain as well as the Buddhist Stupa of Sanchi, the Shiva Temple of Bhojpur and the historical caves of Bhima Beta. Also, tourism village Khari is also being well liked by Delegates, where delegates are taking experience of rural lifestyle and local culture.

    Madhya Pradesh Tourism is also using modern technology to make the GIS aware of the historical, natural, cultural sites of the state. This is not only providing widespread publicity to the state’s legacy, but is also increasing the attraction towards our tourist destinations in delegates. In collaboration with the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Department of Archeology, free admission has been provided for representatives on all archaeological and ASI protected monuments of the state. Apart from this, special arrangements were also made for aid desk and travel assistants by Madhya Pradesh tourism, so that the guests do not cause any discomfort.

    Mp’s grand performance of tribal art and culture

    A cultural village has been developed to present district culture with tribal and local culture of the state. In this, the amazing talent of tribal and folk artists of the state is also being demonstrated. Folk music with tribal dances, traditional textiles, paintings, clay and metal crafts offering a glimpse of the cultural landscape is all attracting delegates. Particularly tribal dances are being performed by traditional dances of Bonga, Baiga, Sahariya, Cole and Korku tribes. Chanderi and Maheshwari sarees, garden prints, earthen pots, metal jewelery and wooden toys are being presented excellent sample of the crafts of Madhya Pradesh. Traditional song music presented by folk singers of Nimar and Bundelkhand is being performed.

    Tourism Minister (Independent Charge) Dharmendra Singh Lodhi said that ‘guests coming to GIS Modern technology has been used for the purpose of making them aware of the ethnic, natural, cultural sites. Virtual experience will not only provide wide publicity to the legacy of the state, but will also increase the attraction towards our tourist destinations in delegates. In the pavilion, Mahakal’s philosophy and Virtual Tour of Orchha are being appreciated through the hologram. Also, investors and delegates visiting the pavilion are also being made aware of the opportunities for investment in tourism projects in the state and the provisions of new tourism policy.
