All three had given statements and tweets on former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, after which the case was filed. On September 14, statements of complainant Nitin Sharma and witness Sanket Sahu will be recorded in this case.
Naiduniya representative, Gwalior. The complaint filed in the district court in the defamation case against Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and his two supporting leaders was heard on Friday. After the hearing, the court has fixed the case for the next date for the statements of the complainant and the witness. On September 14, statements of complainant Nitin Sharma and witness Sanket Sahu will be recorded in this case.
It is noteworthy that during a press conference in Ujjain on 21 April 2023, former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh had said to Union Minister Scindia, “O Mahakal, do not give birth to another Jyotiraditya Scindia in the Congress.” In response to this, Union Minister Scindia also wrote on his Twitter handle, “O Lord Mahakal, an anti-national like Digvijay Singh should not be born in India.”
Ministers Tulsi Silavat and Mahendra Singh Sisodia had also tweeted in which they had also commented on Digvijay Singh. Against this, advocate Nitin Sharma had sent a legal notice to all three and urged them to apologize.
Seminar on nano fertilizer and Kharif crop today
A seminar of the officials of Panchayat Raj institutions will be organized on the topic “Nano fertilizer use and Kharif crop based on agricultural plans” in Bal Bhavan on August 24.
