These figures have come to light after examination of 1000 patients who came for treatment in the OPD of Cancer Disease Department of Gajararaja Medical College.
However, doctors say that due to increased awareness among women about cancer, they are reaching for treatment on time, because the only formula for successful treatment of cancer is early detection. This month of October is called Pinktober i.e. Pink October.
