Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma and other guests honored the selected firefighters of Chhattisgarh on Thursday at the Shaheed Smarak Bhawan. Agniveer: 870 Agniveers have been selected for the Army in the year 2023 and 434 Agniveers have been selected in the year 2022. In this program organized today at Shaheed Smarak Bhawan, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma and other guests presented citations and encouraged him. While congratulating the fire warriors, the Deputy Chief Minister said that we are proud that 11 thousand 500 people registered and with their hard work and dedication, they took the selection test and as a result, 876 youth were selected in the Army. This time more than 13 thousand people registered and we are confident that we will take a record selection. He said that the state government has run training programs for Agniveer selection across the state. It has given better results. For this he congratulated the officials.

Deputy CM said that the selected youth of Agniveer have come forward with the aim of serving the country. Praising the Agniveer scheme, he said that 25 percent of the selected candidates will get the opportunity to work in the army. And after completing their tenure, they will return as great citizens. He will be respected in the society. Those who will learn hard work and a disciplined lifestyle. He will also have skill in his hands. At the same time, there will be pride in the mind for the time he has dedicated to the country. Due to which they will become good officers, good public representatives and will make a new beginning in life. Their life will be separate and disciplined. The Deputy Chief Minister launched the mobile app and e-employment portal for employment registration in the program. He said that with the help of this app, the applicant will get the facility of registration and renewal for employment assistance from anywhere at home, right from his mobile. They will be able to upload all their documents. You will also get employment information. Officials said that in this app the applicant will get the facility of renewal and the verification of records will be done through Aadhaar OTP. Also, there will be no need to attend the office for this. SMS. Through registration number and ID for login to the portal. And passwords will be received.
