Young voters by organizing special camps in educational institutions

Special camps have been organized in the educational institutions of the district and assistant registration officers have been appointed to make young voters aware. Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Amit Srivastava told that due to the low registration of young voters in the age group of 18 to 19 under the special brief revision of photo electoral rolls on January 01, 2023, camps etc. will be organized for such young voters by going to educational institutions. To make efforts for registration, assistant registration officers have been appointed for educational institutions coming in the assembly area of ​​the district. Deputy District Election Officer said that for 59-Sanjari Balod, Ms. Chandni Dewangan, Naib Tehsildar Balod and Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj, Tehsildar Gurur have been appointed. Similarly, for 60-Dondilohara, Mr. Dharmesh Srivastava Naib Tehsildar Dondilohara, Mr. Nitin Thakur Naib Tehsildar Marri Bangla (Deori) and Mr. Vinay Kumar Dewangan Naib Tehsildar Daundi have been appointed. 61-Sushri Rajshri Pandey Naib Tehsildar Gundardehi and Shri Deepak Chandrakar Naib Tehsildar Arjunda have been appointed for Gunderdehi. The above Assistant Registration Officers will hold regular meetings with Electoral Literacy Clubs of educational institutions coming in their assembly constituencies to make them aware of enrollment process and time-limit. Educational institution-wise special camps will be organized on different dates and applications for the four qualifying dates will be filled online through VHA, NVSP.
