Allotment of government land in urban areas operated by the district administration under the scheme of Government of Chhattisgarh, under the arrangement of encroached government land, to Mr. Trilochan Singh Bhatia, resident of Pathalgaon, on leased land in the urban area on a total of 6890 sq. ft. The owner’s right has been given. Trilochan Singh Bhatia, the beneficiary beneficiary who got the land owner’s right on the lease, expressed happiness and said that the application for the lease was given on June 30, 2022. On which the Revenue Department has given land owner rights at the rate of 152 percent on encroachment land and 22 percent on population land on 6890 square feet from Khasra numbers 437 and 438 on 26 September 2022. Whose total amount was deposited Rs. 5 lakh 60 thousand 555. Beneficiary Mr. Bhatia informed that in the past, the lease was approved on the abadi land. Very soon after applying, the land owner’s right has been got on the lease.
