Transport and Forest Minister Shri Mohammad Akbar gave important gift to Balodabazar-Bhatapara district during his one-day stay today. He inaugurated the new office of Balodabazar Truck Owners Association located at Risda bypass in the district headquarters. At the same time, he announced land reservation for permanent District Transport Officer and new transport office at district headquarter Balodabazar. Transport Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar while addressing the general public said that transport also plays an important role in development. In this episode, a new facility has been provided by the Chhattisgarh Transport Department for the vehicle owners on the vehicle portal. Under this, vehicle owners can pay the tax of their vehicles in bulk. Similarly, another facility has been given by the Transport Department for the vehicle owners on the vehicle portal. Under this, vehicle owners can get permission online by paying fees for over-dimension vehicles. Apart from this, an important scheme named Tuhar Sarkar Tuhar Dwar is being operated by the Chhattisgarh Transport Department. Under this, people are being given the benefit of 22 transport related services sitting at home. Transport Minister Shri Akbar also counted the important achievements of the state government during this period. He said that the general public should get the direct benefits of the schemes of the government. That is why Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and Rajiv Gandhi Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Yojana have been started. Today, through Godhan Nyay Yojana, it is working to make millions of families financially empowered by purchasing cow dung. Along with this, we are moving towards organic agriculture with the use of vermi compost, which is also playing its important role in environmental balance.
