Training of lakhs foster farmers continues :: Training being given by former Principal Scientist Mr. Jaiswal

Under the aegis of Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Association, a circle-level training program has been organized for lac rearing till June 26. Under this, training will be given to lakhs of foster farmers regarding rearing of Kusumi lac in Bhanupratpur from June 20 to 21 and rearing of Kusumi lac in Katghora from June 23 to 24 and rearing of Rangi lac in Ambikapur from June 25 to 26. Under the training program organized under the guidance of Forest and Climate Change Minister Shri Mohammad Akbar, lakhs of farmers and related self-help groups of Gariaband, Kondagaon, Kanker, East Bhanpratappur, West Bhanupratappur, Narayanpur, Jagdalpur, Bijapur and Sukma forest divisions at training site Bhanupratappur members will participate. Similarly, in training site Katghora, Korba, Katghora, Dhamrajaigarh, Raigarh, Jashpur, Rampur, Kawardha and Bilaspur and training site Ambikapur will include lakhs of foster farmers of Korea, Manendragarh, Balrampur, Surajpur, Surguja, Marwahi and Katghora.
