The work will be done as the tribals want, the government’s full attention on tribal interests

The government is committed to the protection of tribal interests in Chhattisgarh’s paradise Bastar. The government will not compromise on tribal interests on any front. Tribals will not allow injustice to happen. The development in Bastar will be as the tribals want. That work will be done which the tribals want. The government will take care of tribal interests. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said these things in a virtual discussion with the tribals.

The Chief Minister announced for Bastar that as soon as the demand comes from the tribals, it will be fulfilled. He also fulfilled the demand of the local villagers. As it was told by the villagers that they wanted a hospital in Naxal-affected Jagargunda, the Chief Minister immediately announced the opening of a 30-bed hospital. Along with this, he gave approval for many more development works in the interior areas of Bastar.

Along with this, he performed Bhoomi Pujan with the approval of 104 works costing about Rs 43.08 crore. This includes acceptance of works of primary school buildings, Anganwadi, Gram Panchayat buildings, fair price shops, Devguri construction, solar dual pump installation, CC road construction, hand pump installation and Bhoomi Pujan.
