Congress National Secretary Vikas Upadhyay has said that the Supreme Court’s strong comment has confirmed the talk of farmers and Congress. MLA Vikas Upadhyay from Raipur West has issued a statement. He described the Supreme Court’s harsh remarks on the Modi government on Monday afternoon amidst hearing on agricultural laws as extremely embarrassing for the central government. Vikas has said that this comment is the seal of the court, which has been opposed by 24 political parties including farmers and the Congress party across the country. During the hearing of petitions related to agricultural legislation and farmers’ performance, the Chief Justice described the current situation as hopeless. Why should not the laws be banned for some time, the Attorney General has asked this question.
Vikas Upadhyay said that the Modi government should now give up its stubbornness for the interest of farmers. All three agricultural laws should be repealed. He also said, since our leader was Rahul Gandhi among the first to oppose these laws. This is the reason why the Modi government made it a question of its prestige. Whereas, the Central Government should have taken seriously the things suggested by the Opposition, and not dealt with personal enmity with the farmers. This kind of strategy of BJP is like killing democracy directly, which will not last long. Vikas Upadhyay said, “The situation of Trump in America is going to happen to Modi in India.”
