Good quality products being prepared by women self-help groups are being hand-picked in Gauthans. Recently a self-help group from Ambikapur signed an MoU with a Hyderabad-based company for the sale of vermi compost at a rate higher than the prescribed rate. In this episode, another outstanding achievement of women self-help groups was added today. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today visited the village cellar of Bilha development block in Bilaspur district to inspect Gauthan. He was pleased to see that the women of Sailor village were in an MoU with an agro company for the sale of mushrooms produced by their group. During the inspection of the Chief Minister, the Chief Minister discussed with the villagers, women self-help groups and told them how they can get benefits from Gouthan, how the village can get self-reliance and employment to the villagers. On the occasion, an MoU was signed between Chief Minister Baghel between Jagriti Mahila Self Help Group of Sailor and Ganesh Gupta Deepangi Agro of Bilaspur for the sale of mushrooms. The Chief Minister congratulated and congratulated the women self-help groups for this achievement. The Chief Minister inquired about the cow dung procurement system, construction of vermi compost, and the income-tax activities being carried out by women self-help groups under the Godhan Nyaya Yojana in Gauthan. The Chief Minister planted a banyan plant in Gothan.
