Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain has told the departmental officers of the state government that various schemes under various departments have been kept on top priority by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel to bring prosperity and prosperity in the state. The Chief Secretary has instructed the officers to ensure that the citizens of the state get the benefits of the schemes, so that they should take prompt action. The Chief Secretary took a high level meeting in this regard at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan here today and inquired about the action taken by the departments in detail. The Chief Secretary took detailed information from the officials regarding the compliance of the instructions given by the Chief Minister. In this regard, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Ms. Shehla Nigar said that it has been ensured to send Haat Bazar clinics, medical vehicles to all the Haat Bazaars set up in the village under Haat Bazar Clinics in rural areas. Where it could not reach due to any reason, the information about its condition has been taken from the Chief Medical Officers of the respective districts and it has been ensured to send medical vehicles to the Haat markets. Necessary cooperation in this regard is being taken from the collectors of the district. Under the Forest and Climate Change Department, the detailed information about the living trees planted on the banks of the river is being maintained by the regional officers. The Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department informed that the average man-day per family was less as of February 2022 due to the strike of MGNREGA workers. Which is now being provided employment to the registered people on top priority basis. More and more ponds will be built under MNREGA for fish farming near Gauthans. Mulberry trees, medicinal plants, fodder production, fruit plants are being planted under MNREGA. Officials of the Home Department said that necessary action is being taken to return the amount to the victims of the chit fund. Agriculture department officials said that farmers are being encouraged to promote other crops instead of paddy. So far about 3.50 lakh farmers have given their consent. Officials of the Mineral Department said that under the Chief Minister’s Health Slum Scheme, necessary arrangements are being made by the District Collectors for the smooth health system with the amount of DMF in the urban bodies. Action is being taken by the Public Works Department under the action plan for commercial use of unused government land. Officials of the Tourism Department said that all necessary works are being done to get all the works of Ramvan Gaman Path done within the stipulated time frame. Officials of the Urban Administration Department said that medicines are being provided to consumers at affordable rates through Dhanwantri Medical Stores in various urban bodies under the department. Crores of consumers have been saved through these stores. Officials said that time-bound information is being taken from the urban bodies about the sale of shops, vacant land, properties built on government land. Officials of Revenue and Disaster Management Department said that all necessary action is being taken to resolve the revenue cases within the time-limit and the collectors have been given responsibility in this regard. Necessary information is being taken from the collectors who have weak performance in land allotment and management of Nazul land under the Revenue Department. Officials of the Women and Child Development Department said that under the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Campaign, hot food is being given to the malnourished children. In the meeting, Secretary, Urban Administration Department, Mrs. Alarmel Mangai D., Tourism and Water Resources Department Secretary Mr. Anbalagan P., Women and Child Development Department and Social Welfare Department Secretary Mr. Bhuvnesh Yadav, Revenue Department secretary Mr. N.N.Ekka.
