He asked the female passenger to open her bag and check it. But she started hesitating on this. But when it was opened and examined, ganja was found in it. After this, the team recovered ganja worth Rs 6 lakh 36 thousand from two young men and women.
According to the information received, 31 packets of intoxicating substance Ganja (worth approximately Rs 6,36,800/-) weighing 31.840 kg were seized and handed over to Narcotics Control Bureau Raipur after taking due action under the NDPS Act.
This action was taken under the leadership of RPF Post Settlement Raipur in-charge, Sub-Inspector Taruna Sahu, S.U.N. Narendra, P.A. BL Yadav has been done by the team of constable Shamsher Singh. In this case, women Darbari Begum resident of Nagpur and Nikhil Sudam resident of Nagpur have been handed over to the Narcotics Department.
