Shamshad Begum and PWD State Icon Mr. Chitrasen Sahu. The rally was flagged off, CEO Smt. Reena Babasaheb Kangale and former cricketer Shri Rajesh Chauhan also participated in the cycle rally. A cycle rally was organized today by the office of the Chief Electoral Officer to motivate the young voters to get their names included in the voter list. The cycle rally which started from Telibandha Talab reached Telibandha Talab from Ghari Chowk and Ghari Chowk back. Famous social worker, Padma Shri awardee Smt. Shamshad Begum and famous mountaineer and PWD State Icon of Chhattisgarh, Shri Chitrasen Sahu flagged off the rally. Chief Electoral Officer Smt.
