A new guideline has been issued for 18+ vaccination in Chhattisgarh. By June 20, those who have taken the first dose of the vaccine by registering in the CG vaccine portal. They can download the first dose certificate from the same portal. From the rest, all the people will have to register in the Kovin portal itself. Because from June 21, the central government is providing the vaccine for free.
State Corona Vaccination Officer Dr Amar Singh Thakur said that the Health Department had started the CG Vaccine Portal in May for the Kovid vaccination of the age group of 18 to 44 years. In which it was easy for them to get vaccinated after registering. The central government is giving free vaccine to people of all age groups from June 21. Therefore, now registration has to be done in the Kovin portal itself.
He said that now there is no need of CG vaccine portal. Therefore, instructions were issued to close it. But those who have taken the first dose by registering in the CG Tika portal till June 20. The CG vaccine portal is being started to give them the certificate of the first dose, which will be useful at the time of their second dose of vaccine.
Now registration for vaccination will be done in Covin portal itself, certificate of first dose will be given from CG vaccine
