Notice to Patra on toolkit case, police gave instructions to appear on this date

The political boil over the toolkit continues in Chhattisgarh. At the same time, the police department is also taking the matter seriously. In the toolkit case, a notice from the capital Raipur has again been issued to the BJP’s national spokesperson Sambit Patra. A notice has been sent to the concerned Patra for questioning again. On May 26 by issuing the notice, the police has given instructions to appear in person or online.

The Civil Line Police Station said that Patra has been asked to record her statement by sending a notice again on May 26, either in person or through video conferencing. If the concerned person does not cooperate with the police in recording his statement, then legal action will be taken against him.

Time was sought for a week
In fact, in the toolkit case, NSUI state president Akash Sharma lodged an FIR against the former Chief Minister Raman Singh and BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra at the Civil Line Police Station in Raipur. After Raman Singh, the Civil Line Police had also sent a notice to Sambit Patra to record the statement, but Sambit Patra had sought a week’s time to give a statement in the toolkit case.
