Governor-designate of Chhattisgarh Shri Vishwa Bhushan Harichandan reached Swami Vivekananda Airport in capital Raipur this morning. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel warmly welcomed him by presenting a bouquet at the new state hangar located in the airport premises. The Governor was honored by giving a guard of honour. It is notable that Honorable Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Mr. Arup Kumar Goswami will administer him the oath on February 23 at 11:30 am at Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Leader of Opposition Mr. Narayan Chandel, School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, President of Chhattisgarh Housing Board Mr. Kuldeep Juneja, Raipur Mayor Mr. Ejaz Dhebar and many public representatives, Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Director General of Police Mr. Ashok Juneja, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrata Sahu, Commissioner of Raipur Division Mr. Yashwant Kumar, Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi, IG Mr. Ajay Yadav, Collector Raipur Mr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure, Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Prashant Kumar Agrawal and Senior officers were also present. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel while discussing with the media representatives after welcoming the Governor-designate of Chhattisgarh Mr. Vishwa Bhushan Harichandan at the State Hangar said that the Governor-designate of Chhattisgarh Mr. Vishwa Bhushan Harichandan is an experienced politician.
